Inside room was adequate-clean, good bed and pillows, working tv. Yes the room is dated but it was well kept. Heated pool was a plus. Front desk not always manned. Buffet breakfast adequate. Treva at the buffet was welcoming and helpful. Just curious why children are the same price as adults? Make sure to get your vouchers for breakfast when you check in or you will be asked to pay. The lobby and pool areas were clean. Lots of eateries to walk and drive to. Would stay here again.

Lids on the hot buffet foods would keep those foods warmer. Room insulation for our inside room was not great- heard the conversations of the family next door through the walls and heard it in the hallways. So if you are an early to bed person, some white noise would be helpful.

The facility was nice, clean. Breakfast was great. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The wing my room was seemed a lot older than the rest of the facility. Room was nice and although renovated it was older. The elevator definitely needed attention! Hadn't been inspected since April of last year and made a very l loud clanging noise when it would start to move. Quite disconcerting....

The hall door key pass does not work so anyone can come in and out. (You just open the door) The sliding glass doors to the outside exit were not using the keypass til the night time (we found out & then couldnt get in) so people were coming in and out w/o key cards... There werent any issues, just could cause problems later... (not very secure) There were leaves all over the hall floor for 2 days... I just wanted to sweep them up! Had to go 2x i think to reactivate out cards. We only stayed 1 night, but it didnt work in the early AM, it didnt work in the evening.. had to walk all the way around to the lobby to get in. Kind of aggravating. Staff was very kind to fix it, just aggravating for me.

Location was ideal

Eating facility needs improvement. Hours of operation could be improved. coffee is lobby is only placed in morning , once a day so if you are late the coffee if remains is cold and stale. Coffee should be replaced at least three times a day to accommodate guest arriving at various times . Everyone goes to the coffee in the lobby and it was disgusting.

The location to Lenoir Rhine, and my son Department – it’s right in the middle so locations perfect. It’s consistently comfortable.

There’s inconsistencies with the condition of the rooms. The random locations are exactly that, very random. You might get an inside room where your window looks out into the hallway, or rooms where I’ve had to go upstairs and around and then down and then back around, some rooms are in better shape and condition while others have noticeable water damage

Beds were so comfy! Our room was on bottom floor and we luckily had one that had sliding glass doors that opened right next to pool area, so kids loved that! AC worked great, staff was so pleasant (thank you Andy/Anissa(sp?)) The bath gel/lotion they provide smells AMAZING! Location was right off interstate 40, so a breeze to get to...price was great! Will def book again!

Didn't like that they charge $10/person for breakfast. We brought some food with us for the morning, but this was only reason I didn't give this place a 10, because it does make it easier with kids to be able to go get hot breakfast from lobby and it be included.

The hotel was a little dated but obviously still nice. Very pretty lobby area. Rooms were super clean with a nice layout.

The beds where stiff and had a weird uncomfortable knit type blanket, one of the exterior doors key card readers didn’t work so you had to walk around the thought the hotel to get into your room

Very clean, the staff were very friendly on all shifts. I will definitely be booking at this location anytime I’m coming to town.

The only thing was the toilet was low but that’s a small issue. I loved everything about the property

The location was perfect. The facility was nice. The bartender was very nice as well as the breakfast server. The bed was very comfortable!

Omg, the toilet. Why was it so close to the floor. I have NEVER seen a toilet so short. Kindly install normal size toilets that don't require the user to perform a full squat just to use the bathroom. If you can't install taller toilets, kindly place a rail on the wall to provide assistance for sitting on the toilet.

Everything about our stay was great! The staff made it over the top! We were upgraded to a suite, the food was 5 star restaurant quality, the pool was perfect and they let us swim as long as we wanted past closing time. We wanted to extend our stay for another night just to stay at this hotel!

There was nothing we didn't like.
