The pool and hot tub were perfect!!! Warm and sooooooo enjoyable!!!!! The fitness center was nice and clean and was great to get a quick workout in:)

Would have like large towels for the pool area but there were plenty of them available and area was pretty clean. Could use alittle repair with paint and could tell it was a moist area .

I loved this place. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was the fire alarm went off at 1am and we stayed out in the cold with no explanation? I was told when the manager came in she would be adjusting the cost of the room and I've heard nothing. The fire alarm went off twice total. Other than this the place was nice.

No communication from the property at all about why the fire alarm went off.

The location, cleanness, comfortable bed and over all beautiful hotel.

That lady at check in Saturday evening was rude and not friendly. Other staff at check out next day was nice. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

Room was very clean, and it was great having Starbucks coffee in the morning! Breakfast was better than most hotels, not as a good as a cafe or restaurant.

Couldn't adjust temp easily, room was too warm, front desk had to finagle the thermostat to try to get it to lower but it wouldn't go any lower

The pool being heated, the Bistro, the staff, the shower, the glasses that are in the room to use!

Literally i can’t believe such a nice hotel was in Hickory. Don’t change a thing!!!

We bought our breakfast, was not included….was a good breakfast and the lady that served us was very extremely nice.

Well,,,,when we checked in the hotel , we pushed our card all the way down the first floor to our room. Open the door and found out the room had not been cleaned…went back to desk and got room on 3rd floor…..the next day tried to open door to room , would not open, went back to desk….gave us new keys…it opened…. Well you asked me and I told you ,but. We are in our 80’s and we know things will go wrong. And when we travel Marriott’s is the hotel we will stay in……

I loved everything about this hotel for our first stay and we have rebooked for our next trip to Hickory.

Room was big great sofa bed great mattress. Quiet room. Sheets and towels were so soft.

No full length mirror. Very low toilet sear.

Elevator takes long, someone took our DND sign off our door, asked the front desk staff to replace and it was not replaced

Fire alarm at 1 AM!! I realize it was not staff fault but there was NO explanation or apology when I checked out. Customer service?
