Mostly quiet no one bothers you it's convenient a store and a few restaurants are right there at the hotel

Things in the rooms could be updated if you are looking for a cheap place to stay for a few days this place would be your best bet they don't have a blow dryer in the room it does have a microwave and mini fridge they have wifi no breakfast like other places no coffee makers in the room they do have one in the lobby the place is mostly clean but the bathroom could use some work the handle on the shower would come off the TV remote was hard to get it to work but for the price I really don't think it is too bad

We love the location, kinda remote but just a couple minutes from EVERYTHING! Granny’s Kitchen is RIGHT NEXT DOOR and there’s no place better for down home country cookin! There’s also Taco Bell and Burger King all sharing the same parking lot! The owners are fantastic! They are so kind and have made all our stays simply wonderful!

There’s nothing we disliked about the property!

This little gem of a hotel is wonderfully located within literal walking distance of Taco Bell, Burger King, a convenience store/gas station with everything you might possibly need and, most importantly in my opinion, right next door to Granny’s Kitchen! Down home fare at more than reasonable prices!

Can’t think of anything negative!

The rooms are very well maintained. Dont let the outside being outdated scare you away. It's super quite and very comfy. Plus the pet stations are a great added bonus.

The tub didnt drain as it should but we still managed just fine :)

The motel was right off the highway and many foods nearby. Also, staff was really nice and respectful of our privacy.

The sheets were a bit rough but could deal with the value.

Great location and friendly staff. Asked for ground floor room and he was able to put me in one. Great prices. I've stayed there b4.

Only complaint would be that when in1st went into the non-smoking room, it smelled like pot. Also it only had a small hand towel..no wash cloths, bigger towels, etc. I was in a rush and didn't have time to wait. However, inspite of those things I RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL.

There was no breakfast - not even coffee. But the location was within walking distance from several options for food and beverages.

There was an ice bucket (and liner in my room, but there was either no ice machine or it was very well hidden.

Was a little creepy looking on outside but inside very clean

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. Price is reasonable.

I have no complaints.

Clean rooms and nice owners. Great little country kitchen next door.

Would have been nice to have access to laundry services.
