The man at the front desk was rude as hell. And on top of that, paid for the room In advance so it would be easy peasy lemon squeezie. Front desk kept sayin that I had to still pay for it so had to pay front desk cash for a room that was already took the money from my card and had to deal with customer support to get my money for the once already paid for now paid for again room back on my card.

Smelled like it had been smoked in. Used a can of fabreeze to eliminate the smell . Shower never heated past lukewarm. Will never book that place again

The area wasn't safe and the location was not that close to things we needed. We won't be staying again.

The attentiveness of the staff wasn't great and my family didn't like the experience either. We didn't feel comfortable with others who stayed in the same location.

Big rooms

The room was not ready once we got there bed was two close two the wall

too loud with other people talking all night outside.

We didn't stay. We booked a room with a kitchenette. There was, in fact a 2 burner cooktop and fridge but NO pans, plates, silverware. There weren't even hangers in the closet. I'm still waiting for a refund to be issued. We were there less than 1 hour. The man at the desk tried to tell me most people bring there own kitchen items and utensils! Crazy.
