Check in was super fast. Very clean (100% health certificate hanging up). Elevators were quick. Staff followed instructions needing room close to elevators Spacious room was very quiet do to room layout.. Actually had mini frig with small freezer (prefer over beverage coolers).

Furniture uncomfortable to sit on. Pillows were few (4) but all flat kind. No comfort to watch small TV in bed from across the room. Couldn't figure out tv remote. Bathroom sink bumped out so difficult to rinse mouth after brushing teeth. Not enough handicap parking up front.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was better than average for a Hampton Inn. The staff ensured that the area was always clean and that the food was replenished asap. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature easily adjusted. The refrigerator and microwave were very handy.

Breakfast was very nicely done. Also, super important that the room cleanliness was very good.

Signage for the hotel isn't very good. You have to be at the hotel front door before you see any indication that the property is the Hampton. Also, the Hilton corporate (not from this individual property) messaging about masks/face coverings is out of touch and quite off-putting.

We have stayed here before and really like everything. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. Also, they are upbeat and cheerful. It really makes for a pleasant experience.

Nothing really to not like! The breakfast and dining room is very good and clean. Never any dirty tables or areas around the food. Thats a real plus. The only suggestion I would make is to have some reading material available or at least to purchase for older guests who don't look at their phones for everything!

Chef Will excellent breakfast cook..and filled my small cooler with ice and 2 bottles of water...also he was so very pleasant! Megan at front desk was very accommodating and pleasant. ****Also , I left my computer in my room #415 on my last 3 night stay and I was able to retrieve it --housekeeping had placed it in a safe place and a wonderful front desk person ,..on Aug 1st had it FED-EXed to me. ****I so appreciated this!!!!!

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and super nice staff making sure everything was available and that we were satisfied. We were going to an event at the Convention Center and didn’t realize when we booked the room that the Convention Center was next door to the hotel so that was a bonus!

Location is great. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Hotel staff are always nice and professional. Breakfast is great. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again and again.

Breakfast is great. Just no chicken or steak pieces to eat instead of the pork.

The breakfast and service was excellent, the guy who helped serve breakfast was really friendly and awesome, he went above and beyond making sure tables were clean and he was very helpful!!! Room service was great!

Location was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and responded to all requests.

Renovations going on to the exterior had some of the signage down for the property. Made it difficult to see as we were coming in.

Comfort, quality, availble service, complimentary breakfast

When me and my 90 year old mom entered our room there were only a few sheets of toilet tissue and no extra rolls. Also only two Kleenex tissues were in the box. This may not be a big deal to some, but to my mom it WAS a big deal. We informed them at the desk and they gave us an extra roll. Also, for anyone used to sleeping in a dark room you may want to bring an eye mask. On our side of the hotel the outside lights were very bright and there was no way to close the curtains. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!😊
