We were traveling with our grand children . We were visiting my mother and it was only a few miles away from her. We had a great time. The air worked great . We had a leaky facet in the bathtub but that was ok . The room was clean and no bugs present. One of the grandkids had an accident and peed in the bed and the cleaning lady made sure to bring us fresh sheets which was nice . I told her I would make the bed just to leave them in there and she did . Nothing else was touched and we had meds and three tablets in there . Would stay here again

When we got there we found out that the pool was closed because it was leaking . That was a bummer when traveling with kids . Their breakfast consisted of a muffin and coffee or juice . We just bought milk and ate cereal for our breakfast . Other than that it was a great stay .

I loved that it was quiet with no sketchy people around. I didn't feel uncomfortable or unsafe this time at the location. I appreciate how much work the staff has put into making it a very enjoyable stay. I will without a doubt stay here again with no problem. Thank you for a very comforting and enjoyable stay. Everything has greatly improved from my last stays.

The bathroom light was out and the cable TV could be a little better with some better channels that would be very nice as well.

I usually always stay here because it’s close to my daughter in Cherryville. Prices aren’t to bad and I like the service.

Sink leaked a lil but nothing bad repairs have been going on for awhile. No major problems. But with prices going up it could have been repaired.

Didn't go to breakfast. Clean, quiet, date, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice.

I didn't see on the site that the pool was closed. Washing machine didn't work.

Nothing special stayed after tornado took out all power on my town.

No advance knowledge they held 100 in security off of your bank card.

We didn't eat breakfast at motel.

I reserved two queen bed for both rooms, but we were given two full beds. They are in process of renovating so understood the condition of the older building. It was very hot and humid that weekend so the air conditioner had hard time keeping up. Was pretty warm when we went to bed at 11 pm but was cooler by morning.

Wasn't that clean at all, put 4 of us in 1 room with a 🐕 and wouldn't Move us to another room yet I did reservation for another room,due to a health concern toilet overflowed 4 times in 1 day,an still continues to do it off&on it went all over carpet all the way to the end of bed so having us cramed in 1room has been Awful 🥺Also housekeeper's are only staff that are always nice and helpful, some of the front desk are veryyyyyy veryyyyyy rude and act as if they don't wanna deal with anyone,and go ask for towels at 7:45pm & man at office with glasses says we Don't do towels right now it's something we do in morning,if would've given us towels when they usually do we wouldn't even of asked!!!
