I checked in the first day of Hurricane Helene, so all was chaos. There were 10 people in the Libby trying to check in, the young man at the counter had no internet, so had to use his phone for everything, even checking to see what rooms were available. HE WAS A FABULOUS YOUNG MAN! HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND KIND TO EACH GUEST, EVEN THOUGH SOME WERE IMPATIENT AND RUDE. I Checked in between 8:15 and 9:30 and I’m imagining his day was very, very long with all the hurricane issues. He deserves a GOLD STAR, and a big compliment!! And maybe a bonus! :-)

Under the circumstances, all was fine.

The location was great. Not far from the downtown, places to eat and to get back on the Highway to travel.

Breakfast started to and ended too early. It was almost like you did not want us to partake. 7a-10:00a would be a great time, so some "leisure travelers" don't have to get up at the break of dawn to eat, nor made to suffer if they sleep in a little.

I have been staying at the Baymont for more than 2 years traveling for work and leisure. The staff is fantastic and has been always! The accommodations are wonderful and peaceful! I would recommend the Baymont or Super 8 to anyone traveling for work or leisure I am very sure you will enjoy you're stay!

There is nothing I dislike everything has always been great!

It was quiet and comfy

Couldn't smoke in my room. And I had to go ask for towel they never just brought them to me.

The suite was clean and spacious and a great value! It was a smooth check in and check out, and a great experience all together!

It showed a free breakfast, but there wasn’t anything when I came down at 9:30?! I’m not sure if it was past time or there just wasn’t any.

Excellent combination of quality and price. Surprisingly worth the price and very clean. Comfortable room. There are many family-owned, local breweries in the city and nearby. Cinema theater is an option as a night activity.

The place is too from the ski resorts (Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain). The breakfast is literally first to come, first served, they said that was until 10 am but at 9:30 am they run out of muffins :( We asked for a late checkout, but there was no good communication between staff because one employee was knocking on the door and asking us to do the check out earlier than agreed.

The room was clean. The bed was fabulous! I loved the pillows. The staff person I dealt with was nice and informative

The parking lot is terrible! Only 2 towels. I think it should have been 4

It was a very quite and peaceful stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable..I would definitely stay there again..

When I got my breakfast.. wish there would have been more to choose from.. Also the milk for the cereal wasn't good .

For the price, our needs, and the convenience our stay was as good as it could be. The room was super clean, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, the shower had hot water and plenty of pressure for a nice shower. We had clean linens everyday. We really liked having the mini fridge to keep our own drinks/snacks in. Overall for the money it's an excellent value. I will say the only two negative for us was the parking lot has a weird uneven raised portion for some reason, and it made driving through it a bit tricky, and how close the toilet is to the bathroom door...it's a tight fit, but again, for the low cost of the room it wouldn't discourage me from staying again. It's at a quiet end of town where there isn't a lot of traffic or loud noises, but it's close to a lot of stuff like gas, groceries, restaurants, and activities so it's a nice location.
