The hotel was very clean, great location, the staff were very helpful, the beds were comfortable and it wasn’t too loud inside.

The airconditioning isn’t adjustable after 18:00. At midnight our room was sweltering as we also didn’t have a window we could open. At midnight I had to leave my son in the room and go to reception to ask them to adjust the room temperature for us. The man at reception was very helpful and did so immediately but because of this we didn’t sleep till nearly 1 am.

The staff are very friendly and professional, the rooms were neat and spacious. It is few metres from the beach. They also have discount cards to use for booking online tours to great fun places and restaurants. It's none smoking zone and has lift for going up. The maintenance is great.

Having to go down for drinking water with my small cup several. They don't provide kettle per room so they should at-least provide some jars for guests who want to take water to room to use; it's also more environmental friendly and cost friendly than disposable cups. Generally great service!

The hotel and the rooms were super clean. Friendly staffs as well! The location is very close to the beach (a five minute walk behind the hotel). It's very practical and a good value for money. They don't have parking, but you can get a 50% discount instead of paying the full €28.50 for a 24 hour parking if you park in Apcoa Parking Strand - s-GravenJuyn in Zwolsestraat (keep in mind there is a lot of Apcoa parking but this is the one they have a partnership with). If you park in section A, it's a closer walking distance to the hotel - we were parking in section D which was a 950m walk. All in all, it was good and the kids were happy! We would stay here again if we visited Scheveningen.

Great location — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach in Scheveningen. The room was clean and had everything we needed: towels, shower gel, and hangers. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. A good option for a short stay of 1–2 nights.

The parking is not directly next to the hotel, but it’s within walking distance. With the hotel’s special card, you get a 50% discount on parking, which is a nice touch. The windows in the room don’t open — and although there is air conditioning, we did miss having some fresh air.

The staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, equipped in a style of practical simplicity. It is clear that the hotel is quite new. We travelled in February and the price was just excellent for the location in the center of Scheveningen and in a vicinity of all the main draws in the area. There is a Moroccan bistro adjacent to the reception where one can have a very good breakfast and cup of coffee. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot but cooperates with a parking house in a 10 min walking distance and offers great discount on parking, so that is very convenient.

The hotel is located perfectly! It is clean and in accordance with the pictures on the website. The staff is very friendly, and always happy to help. We traveled with our dog and the hotel is great for a stay with your pet. Rooms are small, yet well-designed and comfortable. Great price-value ratio! We will definitely visit this hotel again!

There is really nothing to complain about, given the price at which you can rent the room. Some nitpicking: you need to ask for the hairdryer at the reception desk.

The staff is super kind and attended all me extra requests ( a pillow and warm.up the room) The cleaners organized all my stuff and cleaned the room well during my stay ( 6 nights) and left clean towels. Location superb. Good value for money. Been there twice. Whenever i need I'll choose them. Unfortunately no breakfast. But i bought things to eat and got coffee from the machine at reception.

Coffee was expensive for just a small cup. Id rather have breakfast at restaurant in the hotel. I think we could have a kettle in the room as well. I like that. But in general everythng was great.

The location is good, with many restaurants and different facilities around. The beach is also quite close. The hotel offers 50% discount while using the parking facility nearby, which is perfect for the guests arriving by the car. We usually choose this chain within the Netherlads and it meets our expectation every time. The last, but not least, the hotel is pets friendly, so with a fee of 10 euro/night we were able to stay with our dog.

Best location on the beach and very friendly reception staff everything near to the hotel tram,market, shopping, restaurant, parking garage, hotel underground also have parking spaces, but expensive the reception guy send us another parking garage half of the price we have save some money and paid for 3 night 39€
