I love the location. We stayed to visit the Arches and it was such close proximity. The lobby was so nice, they had board games to grab for kids/families, and they had delicious coffee ready whenever you needed it. Our room was VERY nice and clean. I slept the best of our entire road trip here. The front office woman was extremely nice and helpful. She even gave us some nice spots to check out while we were in town.
I booked this hotel for proximity, but also because they had a pool and a hot tub and my son really wanted to swim, unfortunately apparently both the pool and the hot tub were out of service. I strongly feel that when major amenities are down like this that guests should get a lower rate. I paid $228 for one night and was ok with it because I thought we had access to the those amenities. If I knew they were not functioning I would have booked elsewhere to be honest.

Great location in Moab, everything is walkable which was great for us after a day in the car touring Arches and Canyons Nat Parks. Lots of places to eat and shop and your breakfast choices in Moab are great (Red Rock Bakery for bagels or Jailhouse Cafe for home cooked delights). The room was spotless, comfortable with everything we needed. Not as big as some US rooms but hey, we were in walking distance of everything in Moab!
Minor issue but no coffee making facilities in the room. To be fair there's coffee in reception 24/7 but that means a trip up and down stairs / in lifts to get a morning coffee!

While the room was small, it was very cozy, clean, and had a lovely view. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful; we were made to feel so welcome. The king bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. We were so close to Arches and not too far to Canyonlands. Each night, we were able to walk to very good restaurants. I thought this hotel was a very good value when comparing to the rates of other hotels in town,
I would have loved to have a coffee maker in the room (I like to make coffee as soon as I wake up). However, there was coffee in the lobby. This allowed the hotel to provide an espresso machine for cappucinos and lattes as well as providing drip coffee. The room was very nice; I think some common spaces need a little updating. However, this did not really effect us at all.

Great parking near the doors but also access from multiple streets. Close to downtown, walkable. Elevator and stairs very convenient. Great choice of hot and cold drinks in lobby..Cabinet with sink made it feel like 2 rooms. Sink nice for drinking water.
Exhaust fan sounded horrendous in stop and start mode. we left it on the whole time and that worked. Bathroom faucet wasn't fully installed. Very wobbly. Wish we had had a table and chairs for our backgammon game. We played on the bed. Didnt fgure out the window shades until the second night.

The free on site coffee machine is a nice perk(includes espresso) Easy walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Close drive to Arches National Park and other sites. Rooms were clean with tile/fake wood floors. The staff was very friendly. I initially booked one night and needed to stay an extra and they made it easy to adjust reservation and kept the price affordable and stay in same room with the last minute adjustment

The room was spacious and it was nice having the divider with the sink to define the space a bit since I was traveling with a friend. It gave us a bit of privacy. Also appreciated that the property is right in town and we could walk to stores and restaurants.
Not a big deal, but the ice machines were broken. The lobby and elevators seemed a bit rundown in comparison with the rooms.

We LOVED the location. It was in the center of Moab. We walked to breakfast and dinner. Staff was very helpful and kind. We loved having a fridge in the room. Coffee maker was in the lobby with 24/7 access along with ice/ bottle filler. The hotel was very clean.
It was just our timing but renovations were taking place outside so we didn't have any outdoor space to hang out. That will not always be the case. Otherwise~ everything was great!!

Newly renovated room was well equipped for a 3 Night stay. Beds were very comfy, pool was lovely and the hotel was close to Main Street and lots of restaurants
After travelling for many days would have been nice to have guest laundry, however there was a laundrette in town

Room was clean, location was great. Pool was large with a large hot tub. Much nicer than some pools at some other locations
Nothing specific. For the cost, it met all my needs and was in a great location. My only suggestion (although it didn’t bother me) was that the lobby was a bit dark and could maybe use a bit of an upgrade to make it more welcoming.

The location was convenient to our planned activities and easy to find. Walking to local eating places was easy.
The tub/shower had no grab bars nor was there anything to prevent slipping and falling. It was extremely slick. From a retired insurance agent’s perspective, this was a liability that can be improved to minimize risk. The noise of footsteps overhead was loud.
