Great location, perfect sea view, cleanliness

It's a little complicated to figure out where the public parking is, even though it's behind the hotel building. It is necessary to put a curtain on the shower cabin (room 315) and fix the overhead shower (water splashes in all directions). It can be seen that you have invested a lot in the hotel and its equipment, but without protection on the shower cabin, the entire bathroom is flooded. Btw, the electrical outlet is opposite the cabin and it's easy to get splashed.

Nice and big apartment with great sea view (if you will take a side sea view room the view will be very limited). The airco works very well, the place was clean and well maintained. Private beach in the front of the hotel with sunbeds included in the room rate. A big free public parking behind the building, but it is very crowded in the evening. Paid parkings also available, a better option if you have an expensive car (we saw guys trying to steal an Audi)

Breakfast have to be improved, it was very disappointing.

The location was perfect. In the center of Lungomare. Beautiful view from the balcony. The beds were good and comfy. Breakfast was delicious. I loved the fresh fruits particularly the fresh big figs and the Albanian pancakes.

The parking had issues. Was limited and you had to wait to find a spot or take your car out. Was partially paved. The room was small for 3 ppl and there were no kettle and cups in the room to make a tea. While the location was perfect the noise from outside was so loud at night even with windows closed you could hear it.

The hotel is located just across the beach in a very good location. We had a room with seaside view and everything was clean and as expected. They have a private parking, private beach with sun beads which makes it very convenient for the guests. The breakfast is something they still need to improve.

We encountered small ants in our bathroom - the hotel tried to deal with it, but honestly there’s not much you can do about it. This was the only negativity for us that put us off a bit.

Location is nice, but public transport system is Vlore. Hotel was clean and staffs are really helpful. Hotel was not crowded.

Sea is not so clean, as you more walk in the sea, water still is not deep. Sea quality is a little bit problem.

Lovely views , comfortable beds, clean, big size rooms , helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

No laundry facilities, no play area for kids.
