Breakfast is fine with plenty of options. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Rooms are fairly large. Price is good.

Needs maintenance, particularly on light switches and electrical outlets. Light switches are broken and electrical outlets are worn out and do not contact the prongs on any attached plugs. Location on Ft Bragg is not centrally located to most Bragg facilities.

Convenient. Clean. Nice building.

Only milk available for cereal was the small containers with the straw attached. Need to have something better. Milk machine, pitchers, etc. The muffins, etc that are packaged were sticky upon opening. Bananas were past ripe and were soft. Hard boiled eggs were nice but it would be nice to have trays of scrambled eggs.

The morning breakfast times were very reasonable, and we had a nice assortment of items. The staff was very nice.

Need more light on some sides of the building. The room refrigerator was not keep things cold.

They had a great breakfast. Rooms were a good size and staff at check in desk were friendly/helpful. Loved the fresh baked cookies!

When we needed things, you had to go to front desk to pick up. Also - need more washers and dryers.

Breakfast was great. Loved the location and how close it was to everything.

AC in room wasn’t the greatest. It was very warm and did not cool off despite lowering thermostat. Had to open windows at night to get cool air. Probably would’ve gotten another room if we had asked the front desk, but we didn’t feel like moving.

Rooms were good sized for multiple wheelchairs. We had 3 handicapped members of our family with us. Bathrooms were easily accessible. The Inn is close to a Post gate on FT Liberty at the Spring Lake entrance/exit. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

The bed was comfy and the hotel was perfectly located for us. They accepted my dog and were so accommodating with where my room was .

The TV remote wouldn’t work on either TV.

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was ready on time. Stay was very relaxing, wish I could have stayed longer.

Toilet in room 268 needs to be fixed to stop running when not in use.

Breakfast was a little lame all prepackaged food compared to other hotels, that I have stayed IE Hampton Inn, IHG> Where it is a hot meal, along with the cereal and hard boiled eggs. Plenty of parking, but no pool access which I could have sworn I saw when making the reservations.

There was an incident where one of the maid staff was having a vocal argument with another maid staff member and was not corrected or pulled aside by the manager and this continued for about 10 minutes with the breakfast crowd of patrons having to listen to it. Not very professional, and what I would expect from a manager. When I asked the management staff about it the next day they said that it was taken care of but then I saw the same individual the following day still being rude and obnoxious on the premises.

Clean, comfortable, simple, next to commissary and PX.
