Would have been nice if we had been informed of the renovations taking place before we arrived.We weren't even sure if the place was open! We thought we had been scammed! Your desk clerk was very sweet and very helpful. She apologized profusely. We booked 2 rooms and both were very clean and comfortable. The handicap accessible bathroom was perfect for our family member who uses a walker. Thank you so much for providing a bath chair for shower in the accessible bathroom! This is our go to hotel when we travel for family events in Southern Maryland. The location of the hotel is close to our family. Hope the new changes meet the same things we enjoy about this location!

The breakfast was great !!!! Lots of options and it was actually decided food. The Location was great. Right beside Target. I didn't get a chance to see the hott tub or walk in the pool room but it looked a little cloudy for my liking but plenty of ppl were in there enjoying themselves. I personally wasn't a fan of the mattress I just felt kinda springy I guess HONESTLY it wasn't bad at all. I haven't stayed at any of the other near hotels to compare but I didn't have any major complaints. The staff was great and the pillows were Great!

The mattress felt springy, I scrapped my leg on the side of the bed. But overall everything else was fine.

I didnt like that they started packing up breakfast at 8:30 when breakfast ends at 9:30 but I get it nonetheless because of the boss but it sucked lowkey. Breakfast was also very simple wasn't awesome but wasn't bad. I also didn't like that the spa was closed

The breakfast was very good, the staff was amazing, the room was clean and spacious. Very quiet place. Definitely recommend

The pool was not available, on booking there were dates saying the pool was out of service but the weeknd we went wasn't listed. There is a $50 refundable fee that's added. Just really, the communication wasn't that about the pool and the fee. But I still recommend.

The room looked great but the layout could be much better.

The only handicap room was a king size bed. This ment i had to share with my mother. I dont mind but I don't rest well. Plus how to I get out of bed if there is only 6in between the bed and the wall. If the bed was on the other wall there would be more than enough room. What is there were 2 handicap people in there they could not use the bed.

The room was nice. I'm not a fan of soft water showers, there's was no ac in the hallways or elevators, and the kingsize bed caused me to wake up with a backache. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Very clean, beautiful hotel (I loved the staircase), I liked that there was coffee available all the time, the location was great

A few of the staff were not friendly/welcoming. The fellow that checked us in never smiled, didn't make eye contact and talked so quietly that we had to ask a few times that he repeat what he said. The lady checking in behind us was someone he knew, he smiled a nice smile, and had a nice loud Hello, how are you? for her. During our stay, we saw him a few times and he ignored us or just stared. He is the reason this hotel did not get a very high rating.

The welcome, the availability, the breakfast. It’s the 4th time I stay in this hotel. There is a lot works actually to refresh all the rooms.

The swimming pool and the spa are closed for several months. So a little to expensive without these services.

It was fine and price was good.

I am sensitive to dust. It was a bit dusty in the room. Also. We checked in at 3:20ish, but the room was not ready. The tv was on an everything was open. We had to wait in the hallway for the cleaning lady to get a supervisor to check the room before we could go in.

The pool and hot tub area and breakfast. Quiet and peaceful area, when I walked in and out every one at the front seat was polite and the housekeeping staff is ver polite. Whoever made the eggs on Monday morning should be classified as a chef they were perfect lol

The stain that was on my comforter. I was told that booking.com didn’t reach out to the front desk about my request, but I had received an email that it would have been obliged.
