The property is gorgeous. I loved the natural area with birds, nutria, and flora. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was a favorite for our family. My son loved the kids' area, and rode the bikes every day. I loved the sauna and steam room. We found this to be a great visit for relaxing and enjoying time as a family.

The food was terrible. Actually, the breakfast service was nice. But the restaurant was closed for the remainder of the day after breakfast, and the only food option was in the bar. It was terrible. We sent food back to the kitchen at our first day's lunch and so did the table next to us. The food at merienda is prepared in advance, and my "sandwich" was delivered cold in a plastic bag. It was VERY disappointing that a Sheraton of this caliber (and a taxi ride from town) would have such limited and poor quality food.

Pretty much everything. But we only slept, went to the pool and had breakfast. The pool, the bed, the view.

Orange juice was really industrial, not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast in general was a little unorganized but staff solved everything fast. Room 114 suffers from a bit of noise from the pool pumps.

Super polite and helpfull staff ! Huge variation of delicious breakfast options ! Good restaurant ! A lot of facilities and activities ! Kid Friendly !

Given the hotel's level, it should at least have a coffee maker in the room.

Very clean & comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful

Breakfast was good but some items in big plates could have been hotter. Everything else was excellent

The room was nice, especially the jacuzzi. The breakfast was also very nice. The hotel's staff was amiable. The spa in the hotel and the massage was exceptional.

The hotel's elevator didn't work well. Sometimes we had to wait a long time for it, or it didn't work well once we got inside of it.

The restaurant, didn't like the food but the worst was the service!! All other facilities of the hotel were great, but the bar were we went dinner an also for drinks or just coffee had bad quality plus very bad service.

The staff is as friendly as it gets. Definitely suitable for families or people without kids. Lots of amenities.
