Honestly I loved everything about this place! I’m a big fan of the Hilton’s, but honestly the room here beat that! The room was beautiful, with cooking hobs, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, fridge, mini bar, smart TV, balcony, 2 or 3 tables, a sofa, 4 chairs and a bed bigger than my future! The room was so amazing that it could actually cause “cabin fever” as we once stayed a full 24 hours in the room without leaving because it was so cosy! The whole place is huge and has everything, e.g. a complete fitness centre and even a Pilates studio, 2 x pools, sauna, steam rooms, massage room and beautiful toilets in the spa. Just walking down the corridor makes you feel that you are really staying in a beautiful hotel that changes your mood and makes you feel happy. They provided free breakfast aswell and the maids were so lovely! It is honestly the sort of hotel that in the future I can imagine would have shows on a beautiful bar and restaurant that people, because it’s so big with great facilities everywhere. Also the price is amazing and there is no plot twist, they charge you in pesos and not USD, so it is actually the price that booking.com says and not double!

They don’t have restaurants besides it, however, the place is only like a 15 minute walk to the start of the centre and at night you can just take Ubers, which were cheap. I would still say in it’s a good location and 100000% well worth the stay for its location! It is definitely an upcoming area, with developments in place in the area. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, which I think would be an amazing idea given that there aren’t any besides it. However, obviously it is a brand new hotel and you can tell they probably spent their money on making the hotel so beautiful, so maybe in years to come they will have a restaurant! Check in also took long as there was only one lady checking us in, however, given it’s a brand new place I’ll allow this!

The property is new. Everything is in excellent condition. It's right next to the cruise terminal. We stayed there for a night before our cruise. Brought with us something to cook our dinner.

Nothing. But it might not be ideal for people wanting to be in or close to the city. No restaurant around. Its cafe is closed on Sat and Sun. The property can arrange transport to the city center.

If you are cruising out of Buenos Aires, this is a great place to stay. It is located directly across the street from the cruise terminal. In less than 10 minutes, we were in the terminal, and our bags were checked in. The hotel staff is wonderful. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The studio rooms are very comfortable. There are two very nice pools, and the views from the rooftop terrace are lovely. There is a very convenient and good cafe/small restaurant right next to the hotel. The only inconvenience is that you will need to Uber or taxi to all Buenos Aires tourist sites.

The location was great for our needs - it is right across from the cruise terminal. The downside is that it is not a safe area to wander about, so if you are wanting easy access to the cruise terminal, would recommend staying at the hotel (don't head out if you are uncertain of where you are going) or paying for an organized tour to pass the day by (which is what we did). There is a great little cafe attached to the hotel, so meals are not a problem.

Nothing really - the rooms were spacious, very quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel is just located in an unfortunate spot. If it was in a safer area of town, I would give it a 5.

Great room! Had a kitchen, stove, micro, fridge, toaster,etc…had balcony overlooking the water. Loved the rooftop deck area, the pool, and the giant indoor hot tub! Fitness room was very nice as well!

No cafe breakfast available for our weekend stay, no laundry soap available to do a small load of laundry (were boarding a ship after check-out). Also, we loved the hotel grounds, but were cautioned not to walk anywhere outside because it wasn’t safe to do so…had to use a taxi.

The room design and the pools

We found out and were told that our booking was ‘economy???’ (no access to the pool and other amenities (which was the reason why we booked in the first place for our little daughter). We were not told about this policy after checking in and we definitely did not read any of this upon booking. It is a general expectation that with the booking, you get access to the hotel amenities. We were asked to pay an additional amount to be granted Pool access.

Very nice and luxuries apartments not too far from Puerto Madero. Staff and managers are very nice and at the end were willing to help with our requests.

The Hotel is combined with private apartments and the spa located in the other tower. Not too bad but a bit weired. To bad Spa facilities not working all the time. If you are using Booking to reserve your stay, pay attention to the payment policy which is non-refundle and pre-charged and for some reason charged in US dollars. This is double the amount you should pay in ARS. After we asked to cancel the charge in $ and charge us with ARS, they evantually agreed. Thank you.

Great location right across from the cruise terminal, fair price, beautiful facilities with indoor/outdoor pool. Next door is a cafe called basa with breakfast options. The room is modern and spacious. My only complaint is it was very noisy staying by the cruise terminal so would bring some earplugs.
