The staff at the front desk, especially Lila and her grandson were both TERRIFIC..So sweet. helpful, and accommodating. The room was sooo very comfortable, breakfast was great. Room was spacious, clean..slept 11 hours 1st nigjt..guess I needed it. Regret not being able to use either of the pools or gym...too much to see!

LOVED EVERYTHING about this place..very attractive and well maintained. Wish they had 1 TV news station in English.

The pool and patio were great, they really made our stay. Large for many guests, lots of shade and chairs to relax in. The location is central, close to the ferry terminal and also easy to get to both the river beaches and the old town by walking. Great place for chivito across the street.

The beds were not super comfortable and the breakfast while abundant was not great quality. In both cases (beds and breakfast), they were passable enough to not be a big problem, but if you prioritize those things, this might not be your top choice.

The hotel was ideally suited to walk to the local attractions, bars and restaurants. The hotel was also a short walk from the ferry terminal. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and in a good state.

The breakfast was limited in choice for hot food, but plenty of cakes and pastries to be fair.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was great! We appreciated the heated leche for our coffee! The pool area was very nice as well. We liked the location because of less traffic but still very walkable for everywhere we wanted to go. All the staff were very pleasant!

The location was top for us as we came by bus and left with Colonia Express ferry. Patricia from the reception was really kind and helpful. We could let the luggage in the hotel after the check out till the afternoon. We had lunch at a small restaurant near the hotel, Florida, which does not look very fancy, however the quality was astonishing. We enjoyed the short stay in Colonia.

The breakfast was not bad, with a lot of fine sweet things like probably home made jam and pastries, however we missed some non-sweet, healthy options. The TV was very old without Internet and smart functions and also with very few programs, none of them being in a foreign language.

This place is definitely worth what I paid and I would stay there again. The bed was incredibly comfortable (and big). Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever bene on. The location was excellent. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The wifi worked well.

The shower head was pretty bad - it didn't really work that well. And the breakfast could have had more offerings. Other than those two minor details, though, everything was great.

Breakfast, pool, and room were good. Staff was fantastic and the location is also really good also.

As with most hotels in this country orange juice is bottled, although it is natural. The breakfast was organized as in covid times, so there was quite some queuing to do. The room has a certain air of humidity, which goes away as soon as you open the window.

The breakfast. You had to ask the staff behind the counter for everything. Clumsy! Only the coffee was self-service. Small room, no power outlets.

Breakfast was quite limited and although a buffet you can’t help yourself you have to ask or point at what you want.

Easy to find, parking outside hotel, good facilities and walking distance from most places.

Not there long enough to use the pool but looked lovely!
