Everything about the place was great. The room was lovely and clean and the breakfast provided was tasty (including the home made lemonade), however it was the service provided that really stood out. Evangelos went above and beyond helping me arrange a surprise for my proposal, he arranged for flowers, strawberries and a bottle of fizz to be in the room upon our return from dinner. He also arranged very reasonably priced car hire for us for the duration of the trip. With the car, the location was perfect, it was a 5 minute drive to the town and a short drive to beaches. My fiancé and I loved our visit to Naxos and were very happy with our time at Naxian Air, we will be returning in the future. Sadly, we didn't get to make use of the pool as it was a little too cold in May.

A very friendly small hotel that is in walking distance to the airport. This is the main reason we have chosen this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere was giving a feeling like home. The room was amazing as this was a 2 room suite with very large bathroom, amazing shower and also a small corridor where the small amenities could be found (small fridge, coffee machine, etc.). Both rooms had large balconies with small set of coffee table and chairs where you could enjoy the arrival and departures of the airplane. Small tip, do not get scared from the distance from the airport, there are no flights after sunset, so is definitely not loud in the evening. Great place to stay if you want to stay near the airport but is a 10-15 minute drive from the Chora center and there are only fields around besides the airport.

The surrounding area is still developing, so there is are only fields and dirt around, don't expect enjoying the typical Greek island ambience from your balcony.

Location was perfect, near wonderful and authentic restaurants, best beaches, y and principal port. Near means 7 minutes by car. Room was super confortable, everything extremely clean and new. There is a fridge in the room, where you can find a big bottle of water, but we also used it to cold a couple of beers to drink at night. Recommendations about places to visit, restaurants, activities, ... were all of them great, with the staff always available to be contacted at any time, 24x7. We rented the room with private pool and, with no doubt, it was worth it!

We liked everything! Breakfast was super good, with the possibility to take the things you like to your own room and have breakfast in private.

Erenna welcomed us warmly and showed us to our room which was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Each morning we were greeted with a smile and a delicious Greek breakfast.

If you don’t have a car, it is impossible to get around; we learned this the hard way. There are no places nearby to eat or just hangout. A car is a necessity.

The staff were amazing. It is a beautiful hotel run by a family, and you can see it in the water they handle their clients. Their communication via phone was on point and they really answered all our questions with ease and great detail. We had to abruptly leave die to a family emergency and they went out of their way to accommodate us with the refund of the nights we did not stay, even though they did not have to, and they arranged transfers to the port due to the emergency. The Breakfast was great - the rooms exceptional and comfortable.

Location. Reviews said that you need a car make it easier, but we would argue that it is almost a necessity. We love walking, never have a problem with it. But the heat in Greece this summer was extreme, and the nearest bus station for transport is about 600m away. It does not sound like much, but with luggage it can get quite far, and it adds up cost wise. BUT - This is no reflection on Naxian Air. They do say this in their information, but the reality is slightly different to what you would expect.

Everything was great! The owners were extremely helpful they even drove me to the port. They went above and beyond as hosts. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious choices. The room was spacious and perfectly clean with attention to detail. We had every needed to fillt relax and enjoy our stay! The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Nothing. Please keep keep in mind that you need a car or motorcycle to transfer as the rooms are not in the town of Naxos.

We had a wonderful stay at Naxian Air Hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and ideal for families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Breakfast was a real highlight, fresh, delicious, and something we looked forward to every morning. We can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Naxos!

The hotel is located 10 minutes by car from the Chora Naxos city center, quality materials (cotton bed sheets/ linen curtains/ bubbly cotton pillows), spacious room and bathroom, beautiful decorative elements in the the room and the flowery pathroad leading to rooms is a nice touch, rich breakfast food with traditional Greek delicacies, wonderful staff always willing to help and guide you around the island for best places and possible activities and events, very close to the seafront Agia Anna offering watersports and plaka beach where horse riding and island-hoping cruises are available, we loved the hotel and would surely stay again in the future, thank you wholeheartedly dear Irine!

Naxian Air service was outstanding. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Hotel was fresh and clean and very very comfortable. Rooms a great size. Just the place to take a breath and just relax. We decided we wanted to rent a car when we got there as a little way out of town and Naxian Air had one organised within 30 minutes for us delivered to our door. Rental Company was Ocean Blue and would highly recommend them also. Totally hassle free. Breakfast was delicious 😋 Would rate 11/10 👍👍

Not a don’t like, but it is a little way out of town on way to airport - so was very quiet and peaceful. But maybe think about renting a car as island not too busy and easy to drive around. Naxian Air sorted that all out for us - so don’t let that put you off.

Lovely breakfast, amazing room with a pool and the nature view! We stayed only one day as we wanted to be close to the airport, before heading back home. Location is okay if you have car and want a peaceful place to chill (there were planes arriving and departing nearby, but that didn't bother as and we still felt very peaceful in this environment). Great hosts, always ready to help. There is no kitchenette, only refrigerator, but they offer delivery service from various restaurants from the town.

Location is not for the guests without car.
