I had the pleasure of staying at Kedros Villas during my time in Naxos, and I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of my trip. The location is perfect — peaceful and beautifully situated between nature and the sea, while still close enough to Chora and the beaches. The villas are spacious, elegant, and impeccably maintained, offering both privacy and comfort with a sense of relaxed luxury. We had a truly wonderful stay at Kedros Villas in Naxos as a family of four. We spent 4 nights there and enjoyed every moment. The villa is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offers breathtaking views. The location is perfect – close to everything we wanted to explore on the island, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hospitality was outstanding – warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. It was the ideal base for our Naxos vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A True Gem in Naxos – Exceptional Stay at Kedros Villas From the moment we arrived at Kedros Villas, it was clear this is not just another accommodation — it’s a place where every detail is thoughtfully anticipated, and guests are truly cared for. The team is warm, attentive, and always one step ahead in making sure your stay is seamless and memorable. The location is perfect: ideally positioned to explore the island, combining accessibility with tranquility. Within minutes you can reach Naxos’ most famous beaches — Hagios Prokopios, Hagios Anna, and beyond — or set off to discover the island’s villages and landscapes. Despite being close to the (very quiet) airport, there is no noise disturbance at all, only peace and quiet. Our villa was incredibly spacious, ideal for families or groups, with plenty of room for everyone. A highlight was the private jacuzzi overlooking the bay toward Chora, where colourful windsurfers dot the horizon — a view you never tire of. The property is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, and the pool area is a serene oasis. The landscaping is tastefully designed, with generous family sections for sunbathing and relaxing. The food is another standout. Breakfasts are plentiful and varied, offering fresh local produce and something for every taste. In the evenings, the on-site cook prepares delicious meals from local ingredients — the kind of food that makes you linger at the table. Everything is spotless, practical, and well thought through — clearly designed with the guest’s comfort in mind. The blend of attentive service, serene surroundings, and quality facilities makes Kedros Villas a true gem on Naxos. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return.

Location is perfect when travelling by car – less than 5 minutes’ drive to arguably to the best beach on the island (Agios Prokopios beach) and circa 10 minutes to Chora (center of the island). The territory of the hotel is very spacious and has a very beautiful nature-inspired land scaping. Accommodation is comfortable and well maintained – we stayed at 2-level detached house with 2 bedrooms on the lower level and a living room with kitchen and a large terrace on the upper level with an amazing view onto the center of the island and the sea + a private yard. Parking was just outside the house. Kids particularly liked the swimming pool – 10 x 20 meters (or so) naturally surrounded by huge boulders, which creates an amazing unique scenery. Very welcoming and pleasant owners. Definitely recommend this Kedros Villas.

The pool. It is probably the largest you can gat on the island. The space of the pool and around is generous, perfect for multiple families. The villas are well equipped, quiet, surrounded by trees and plants. The view from the second floors over the beach and surfers. The breakfast is generous, incl. fresh orange juice! The hot tub actually is very enjoyable after hours in pool with kids, or when there is that Cyclades' wind.

A bit worn, though, needs some refreshment

Maroula and Anastasia were extremely hospitable and accomodating hosts. Their service was exceptional. Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kedros villas and we simply cannot flaw it. The villa was clean, with a hot tub that overlooked the stunning pool. The breakfast buffet was great value and the pool area was our highlight! The bus stop right outside was also convenient.

We had a wonderful time at Kedros Villas. We were welcomed by the staff at our arrival, who took very good care of us throughout the whole stay - not only serviceminded, but always smiling and warmhearted. The apartment was large, nice and clean, the pool area was very accessible and delicate, and the breakfast and restaurant was just perfect. And everything situated in a well kept and beautifully planted garden. The hotel area was outside the city centre, easy accessible by bus, and at a walking distance from Agios Prokopios - probably the best beach in Naxos. The kids loved it too. We'll be back!

The pool is gorgeous! Big enough and never busy. Plenty of sun beds. Breakfast! Lots of choices and excellent service. Ideal location close enough to Chora and in a quiet area. Easy access by bus into Chora. Staff were fantastic. Couldn’t do enough. Two great bathrooms in our Villa for 4.

The kitchen is very basic. It’s almost impossible to actually use for anything other than drinks and light snacks. Rooms are compact but when you spend so little time in them it’s not a big issue. Our a/c was very noisy but to be fair we didn’t ask them to look into it. I’m very confident they would have rushed to resolve it. They genuinely couldn’t do enough. We wish there was more choice on the food menu. It was delicious but limited. Worked perfectly for those nights when we didn’t fancy heading out to eat. Missed opportunity to encourage more diners and atmosphere at the bar. The villas vary in size enormously. It’s quite expensive per night.

The villas is neat and clean. Equipped with everything you need. They have a great breakfast with a variety of food items to choose from. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel as you if you are part of the family. The chef and bartender in the evenings are a great asset and makes the most delicious food, definitely worth supporting the restaurant for dinner. The prices are very affordable for the quality and portion of food you get. The pool is great to relax at after a day on the beach or sightseeing. The air-conditioning is a great plus when visiting mid summer.

The walk from the hotel to the beach is not far however there is no sidewalks to walk on and in the evenings the road is bit dark so definitely consider renting a car.

The accommodation is far enough set back from the main road to shield you from late night noise. The property location is close to two main beaches and a short trip to town. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you and create a “home away from home”. The breakfast spread cater for all and offer a greater selection than many 4 star hotels we have stayed in. The level of attention from the ladies at breakfast service definitely deserve mentioning. You might as well be sitting down at your family breakfast table on a Sunday morning. The barman know how to make a mean cocktail and the chef is true Greek hospitality personified.

The shower head holder do not have enough resistance to keep the head in one position, with the result that as you open the tap for more water pressure the head takes off and turn upwards to start washing the ceiling. That is it - no other complaints
