Exceeded expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is very good serving from 7am till 7pm. Laundry service on site. Hot shower if you like and clean linen and towels on request. Near to shops, church and transport, and Splash Park, well worth a visit. This place is good for couples and family. Off the main road so it's quite at night and there is night security. We would be more than happy to return to Red Doorz near New Government Building. Large clean room , aircon was quiet , tv able to connect with my Netflix , shower with hot water . Staff very friendly and respectful accommodating all our needs . Prices for drinks and food which seemed to be delicious in very reasonable prices.

Mattress was very thin and uncomfortable for my back and shoulders as I’m 100kg , 6 ft tall . Would be great to have more comfortable mattresses which is essential for clients to rest well .

I like the cleanliness and convenience of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. I also forgot my bag at the lobby. The bag was still there. We had a very nice stay. I will surely recommend this hotel to my family, friends and relatives. Very convenient. There were free hygiene supplies such as toothbrush, toothpaste, 3 in 1 body wash and tissue. There were also complimentary of 2 mineral water bottles. So far, I will give 100 ⭐s/10. Great experience for me.

The staff is very friendly and helpful especially the one assigned at graveyard shift.

They don’t have a mocrowave and the wifi and phone signal is very weak inside the room. So if you are in need of fast internet, this property is not highly recommended. The water is also not free (though it is okay).

The host and the staff is very accommodating ,the room iis very clean and cozy. What you see in the picture is what you get.

The location is very far from the main city of bacolod, though there is grab, and tricycle. Not for those who are budgeted.

No breakfast included but it is accessible to all food establishments. The bed is cozy and comfortable. The staff is polite and we are well accommodated during our stay.

The Wi-Fi is not that excellent enough. We could smell the scent of cigarette to our room. toiletry bottles we're too small to be use by 2 persons.

The staff are welcoming and very accommodating. Facilities are better than my expectations for the room value.

The location is a little remote. About 5 min walk to the jeep ride.
