Friendly service, excellent breakfast (never cold ) hot coffee all hours of the day, clean room. Liked the fact you had a clean affordable laundry area also.

The fact we were sitting in the lobby one evening waiting on our laundry to dry, this guy walks with no reservation asking for a room we heard Olivia say to him (and I quote) “ the rooms are $189 a night, and since your are not a tourist I will let you have a room for $90, the tourist can pay the high price” . This made us mad instantly, it was offensive and we now feel we got over charged knowing you rent rooms for a lower price. We stayed a whole week, to us WE should have been the ones getting a discount not someone who just walks in.

Breakfast was better than we expected. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Little kitchen in the room pleasantly surprised us. The room and the bathroom were spotless. Very spacious. Lots of cabinets to put your stuff up.

I don't like carpets in hotel rooms in general. And even though it's a new hotel, our socks turned from white to grey. But it's a common problem in most of the hotels. We would definitely stay again.

Two things make this hotel very exceptional. First of all - The staff all the way from room prep to front desk and breakfast. One of the best staff combinations I have seen. Totally absent was gloom and disinterest. Everyone did a great job at front desk, greeting, answering questions, etc.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Very pleasant stay. I will add the entire premise was clean inside and out. And, there is a Walmart next door in walking distance if you like hanging out at Walmart. Great location to explore the area.

I was disappointed to discover that the Wi-Fi was not genuinely free, despite being advertised as such at the time of booking. Access to the Wi-Fi requires mandatory registration for the Hilton Honors program, which I found to be rather intrusive. Moreover, the complimentary access is limited to 7 days, after which additional charges apply. This was misleading and did not meet my expectations.

New & super clean. Loved having a full-size fridge microwave even a dishwasher in the room. Very roomy and well appointed. Even has dishes and glasses.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is located between the eastern edge of Miramar Beach and before the heavy traffic associated with 30A villages. Also, the onsite laundry is located in a side room in the gym. The gym itself is off of the lobby behind glass walls so both it and the laundry are visible to the reception desk. This makes both areas feel more secure. There is also a great breakfast restaurant adjacent to the hotel and walkable called "First Watch"

We did not try the hotel breakfast but heard it could be better and was filled with unsupervised children during our visit.

Breakfast was fine with a variety of 2 hot dishes and cold options. The room was a decent size and the hotel is new so everything was new. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Love that they accepted my dogs and offered treats.

Staff, facility was both amazing. Matt who worked front desk helped us tremendously when we arrived later than expected. His personality was so kind and welcoming. Thank you to everyone for a great experience. Great job to housekeepers keeping the place so amazingly clean. First in a long time that we felt comfortable with the place we stayed. Keep up the great work please.
