Buffet breakfast, a typical continental style, but plenty of it. The staff were exceptionally nice., always with a smile, our Spanish is reasonable so with that and some of the restaurant staffs, broken English we had a good laugh. The hotel has it's own restaurant with set times, plus a public cafe attached which served food, beverages plus alcohol if required. Also, it had a good disabled access and parking which maybe important to some.

The hotel is situated close to an industrial area, so there were many end of day workers using the cafe not a problem for us but might be for others. This cannot be helped as it is good business for the hotel, also it would appear to be a regular meeting place for local worker's.

Everything. Very helpful staff especially the receptionist on Sunday night. Easy to find. Nice cafe we could take our small dog. Meal in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced Do not be put off by the position.

Just one small complaint. We were charged 20 euros for the dog which is about average but no bed or even bowls provided. The receptionist managed to find one enormous bowl which our little chihuahua could have swum in!

Didn’t have breakfast this time as we were in a hurry to get to Bilbao docks But.its the perfect location and stop if you are catching either ferries from Santander or Bilbao the following day,s especially if you have come from Murcia region in one hit.Overnight stay is fully refreshing and they have a great resturant

A little bit outside the village, but very convenient place. Big soundproof rooms and comfortable beds with complete bathrooms. The hotel has a cafeteria and a restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner, a 3 set menu for only 14,5€. Quality of food was certainly ok and the quantities more than enough. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the place is clean and quiet. We spend a very relaxing overnight stay.

Not much to do around the hotel, but it is only a 5 minute drive from the village.

Good size rooms with good bed, TV, wi-fi and shower bath combo. Cafeteria/bar/restaurant with pay as you go along menus etc. This is one of the best budget hotels I have stayed in.

Restaurant combo didn't start serving evening meals until 8.0pm, which seems a bit late to me. Then I'm not Spanish..

Good location, not far from the Autovia. The room was excellent with a good shower. We ate at the restaurant, good value food and friendly service. Check-in was quick and easy. Take a walk into town, around 10-15mins, its an interesting place and full of history Would we stay there again? Yes

The room was very clean. The restaurant offered a "menu del día" in the evening. The choice was good and the quality good as well.

The parking seemed a little limited, but there may have been more spaces elsewhere.

The ease of parking outside. The cost. Good communication with the hotel before and on arrival. Comfy beds and the attached petrol station shop was useful. It was surprisingly quiet at night too given it’s location right next to a petrol station and with lorries parked up.

Maybe the view of the petrol station from our window but that’s all really.

ALL WENT WELL EVEN MET THE resurant manager from three years ago was a plesure to see him again and staff were also very helpful always try and book this hotel and again not disapointed
