Excellent value for money and possibly the best a 2-star hotel can get. Very clean, recently renovated rooms. Staff is friendly and they offer free snacks and bottled water to guests. Rooms have microwave ovens and fridges and a TV that has a full set of Cable TV channels. Very quiet as I never heard any of the other guests from my room despite the room being next to the staircase.

Location, but that isn't the hotel's fault. It's a long commute from downtown by transit and the buses serving the hotel area can get quite crowded even though they are frequent.

The staff at as wonderful. Very kind and helpful. The room was nicer and more comfortable than I expected. The room and the bed were great!

I was disappointed to learn that the shuttle to and from the airport was not complimentary. Perhaps I didn’t read the fine print 🫣 I took an Uber which was cheaper than the shuttle. It was about a 20 minute drive to and from the airport.

Super quaint… lobby is tucked into the corner of the little strip mall, but is so charming! My girls loved taking pictures on the antique motorcycle! Everything was clean… even behind the nightstands!

Would love in room coffee, mostly because I didn’t want to drag my kids down to the lobby with me. But after such a good night sleep, I wasn’t needing the coffee as much as normal anyway!

The staff was terrific, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, nice bedding and towels. The surrounding area was very interesting, restaurants close by and a market. The snacks provided were great!

The room was a little smaller than we expected, but still comfortable.

The front desk Staff are amazing: efficient, kind and very helpfull. The hotel is located in a quiet and nice area with a few shops and restaurants in walking distance. Easy and fast public transportation to downtown Vancouver (45 minutes).

An elevator from the reception to the 2nd floor, where the rooms are, would have been nice when you are travelling with heavy suitcases.

It’s near to all necessities like what a traveller needs. Walking distance bus stop to downtown and restaurants.

They don’t have iron board. Also for a business person traveller who required table chair to work on laptop.

Very nice for the price: quiet, lovely room, well maintained, great staff. All very modest in a perfect way. They offer a great value at a low price relative to everything else in the area.

Blinds could be set up better around AC unit.

the hotel was a surprise. Far from the city but very convenient located by bus. RIght at the bus stop. WIth the train easily accesible to the city center. The staff very kind and friendly. Very clean. A super sized bed.

Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. Room is small and has squeaky floor but good and clean for the price. Hotel also allowed me to change the date even though it says I can't cancel the booking.

We had to stay over in Vancouver after our flights were rerouted. It’s pretty far from the airport but it was nice to have a comfy bed and they were able to have us check in at 2:30 am. The neighborhood was quiet residential and the staff was very nice

No lift so we had to drag our heavy suitcase up the stairs. There is a kindergarten located just below the room we stayed so there was lots of crying kids making much noise after about 8 :30 am so I would recommend a room on the other side of the hall from the kindergarten
