They have the BEST staff! Incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. They keep the property up well and the free snacks in the lobby are a fun touch. They had air con, which you don’t always find— it was on the louder side, which is perfect in my opinion! We traveled around the area a lot and appreciated the location and vicinity to various major roads (without road noise notable from our room).

Our room was a tight fit! The bed was pushed against a wall, so whoever slept on the “inside” had to scoot to the end of the bed to get up or climb over the other person. We thought it was hilarious but it is something to keep in mind if you’re older or not able to do something like that. You park behind the property in a well lit parking lot. There is a group of adults who clearly spend a majority of their time behind the neighboring liquor store in the shade of the trees at all hours. We weren’t expecting that!

I stayed for 4 nights with my child , staff were friendly and polite on arrival and shown us our room . The twin room I initially booked was a little small , once mentioned my room was upgraded for an additional charge which I was happy with . Rooms were bright and clean with laminated flooring throughout , a fridge , microwave and cable tv. There was complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks on reception daily. I found that the staff went above and beyond and catered to your needs .I would definitely recommend this hotel .

There was nothing I disliked - I will definitely recommend .

Great place! Vancouver is very expensive so this hotel is very affordable in comparison. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is smallish but perfect for a solo traveler. Very clean, modern. I liked the little art pieces and colors added to the room and check-in area. Also loved the free parking!

Getting there over the bridge was insanely busy with traffic!

The staff at as wonderful. Very kind and helpful. The room was nicer and more comfortable than I expected. The room and the bed were great!

I was disappointed to learn that the shuttle to and from the airport was not complimentary. Perhaps I didn’t read the fine print 🫣 I took an Uber which was cheaper than the shuttle. It was about a 20 minute drive to and from the airport.

Super quaint… lobby is tucked into the corner of the little strip mall, but is so charming! My girls loved taking pictures on the antique motorcycle! Everything was clean… even behind the nightstands!

Would love in room coffee, mostly because I didn’t want to drag my kids down to the lobby with me. But after such a good night sleep, I wasn’t needing the coffee as much as normal anyway!

Excellent value for money and possibly the best a 2-star hotel can get. Very clean, recently renovated rooms. Staff is friendly and they offer free snacks and bottled water to guests. Rooms have microwave ovens and fridges and a TV that has a full set of Cable TV channels. Very quiet as I never heard any of the other guests from my room despite the room being next to the staircase.

Location, but that isn't the hotel's fault. It's a long commute from downtown by transit and the buses serving the hotel area can get quite crowded even though they are frequent.

The staff was terrific, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, nice bedding and towels. The surrounding area was very interesting, restaurants close by and a market. The snacks provided were great!

The room was a little smaller than we expected, but still comfortable.

Comfortable, Pet friendly, and staff was very personable and pleasant to deal with.

The AC machine in the room was a portable rolling floor style however there was no exhaust vent to push the hot air outside rendering it ineffective.

The front desk Staff are amazing: efficient, kind and very helpfull. The hotel is located in a quiet and nice area with a few shops and restaurants in walking distance. Easy and fast public transportation to downtown Vancouver (45 minutes).

An elevator from the reception to the 2nd floor, where the rooms are, would have been nice when you are travelling with heavy suitcases.
