Room was excellent! Clean and tidy, and very comfortable. There were two single seat chairs and a little table, perfect for drinks or snacks. The view was quite nice from the third floor. The shower was awesome, nice big rain-showery shower head. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets and blankets were nice and soft. The mini fridge was verry small but adequate for what i needed, plus there was a microwave!

The TV remote for the room didn't have any ability to change input. I connected my laptop with HDMI to watch movies etc and couldn't get it on the TV because the remote wouldn't let me. Had to go to the front desk and ask for a proper (?) remote to actually do it. So weird they wouldn't want someone staying in the room to be able to change input source. On the desk right under the TV there are some outlets and an HDMI port conveniently located and easily accessible but the HDMI didn't work, were not connected to anything. So why is it there? That was my only problem with the room and once we got the special remote and got it connected everything was perfect but it was definitely annoying.

Didn't love the Wi-Fi and tv. Never could get the remote to function. Tv upgrades would be great with the option to stream. Expanding the gym a bit and an option to do laundry on site would be amazing.

Great location - close to freeway, other major highways and roads, shopping, restaurants, etc. Beautiful, huge room. Very comfortable. Bathroom was very large. Water pressure was great.

I would have liked to have a basic breakfast included. While there was a Denny's attached to the hotel, we did not eat there. Expensive plus servings are huge.

Clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Nicest Sandman I've been in. We had a very late check in after an extremely long journey, and it went smoothly.

The shower control was HORRIBLE. I never did get a shower even though I tried for close to 15 minutes to adjust the temperature from scalding to less scalding. We had 2 rooms booked, and all 4 of us had the same problem.

The front desk attendant Ken ( I believe or Kent) was exceptional, he deservers 10 stars

The shower was like lava, could not figure out how to turn the temperature down, and we could hear a distant thumping like music all night, not sure what that was but did keep my husband up most of the night, which he felt he needed to wake me to hear it as well.

It was only one night and it gave us what we needed, a place to bed and wash.

The bed were too small for a couple like us. I'm tall and big (not fat) so for 3 adults it was less than what I'm comfortable with.

Location was excellent! We could walk to several restaurants and convenience stores and it was easy to access. Dennys was on site, which we like. Staff friendly at both the hotel and Dennys. The room was clean and quiet.

Very polite staff, they welcomed me and my 2 goldendoodles. The room itself was very large and clean. The bed was very, vey comfortable (I like soft beds) and the pillows very big and supportive.

$25 per night per dog is about $10 too much per dog..... especially for dogs that don't shed.

We had a free upgrade to a kitchen unit and were very pleased with the design features of it. The next time we stay we will probably book the kitchen unit.

We ate at Denny’s Restaurant as it was convenient, however we do not recommend eating there. We will look for a better eatery elsewhere next time.

I had difficulty with the hot water control in the shower, as apparently did other guest. I couldn't get the water to luke nor cold in the shower, just stayed hot
