Quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet). Good vanity space to set toiletries. Easy parking. Courteous and helpful front desk staff.

There was no chair in the room other than the desk chair which was very inconvenient for two people. There was no place to set luggage. The bathtub floor was dirty and had lots of hairs from the prior guest. There was no grab bar in the shower — most hotels now have them in all rooms, not just ones designated as disability access.

I like the location wasn’t out the way, food close by, gas station and the facility was clean and comfortable. They also served continental breakfast which came as a surprise but a good one.

Hotel is fairly new..clean and a good budget hotel.

The air freshener was very strong throughout..smelled great but it was so strong in the room I got a headache..a bit of rich jasmine I think..too heavy.. TV never worked..seems it works off wifi and the wifi was down. I heard it's a regular complaint .

Clean, comfortable rooms, great bfast and friendly staff

The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything in the halls and surrounding area (we were the lucky ones right behind the elevator).

I liked the location was central and close to many amenities.

There was not much variety when it came to the breakfast menu. There should be the ability to make pancakes or waffles.

-I didn't like the towels, they are weird and do not dry -there is a kitchen but no pan or kitchen tools

Breakfast was standard breakfast fare and bountiful. Located right by the Katy Mills mall and nearby lots of restaurants perfect for my stay.

Hotel crew at the desk was amazing and very accommodating.

Nothing. Was a good place to stay. We talked about staying there again soon!!!

Everything was clean

The Smell was not my favorite but it wasn’t bad, just is like a lotion or refresher that I don’t like it.

Price was fair it was clean and in a convenient location to dining and shopping

Cheap towels had to ask for more
