The facility generally was great. The Internet was superb. The swimming pool was great though small (my children had fun with it). The gym was fantastic. The staff are awesome.

The hotel failed to provide breakfast despite the fact that my booking was breakfast inclusive. This was a big disappointment to me as it affected significant aspect of my plan which is to have breakfast ready for my children Secondly, the room cleaning wasn’t great. Through my five nights at the hotel, my room was only clean once despite placing the request for room cleaning by the door.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, Room was clean, it was right across the street from the Mall and restaurants were near by. Property itself was also well kept in and outside. When i went to wash my hair i noticed that there was not a conditioner option. It looked like they mistakenly replaced the conditioner with a second Body soap container instead. Thankfully, I had back up. ( oops :) Mistakes happen)

They had a pet fee unlike some of the other Alofts, However, it was reasonable priced! So I cant complain to much :) Aside from that , I cant think of any other areas they can improve on. Great property!

To have the mall across the street was a huge bonus. Just about everything you would need is there. The location of this hotel was great. It didn't appear to be in a high crime area. I was able to go for a run on the nearby boardwalk. There is Buckey's nearby as well i recommend visiting it will be well worth it. For the value its a very nice place.

I can't think of anything disappointing about this place.

Items from menu are not available . Towels not available for pool . Some of staff were very nice some were kinda short with me. Our remote was broken like cracked and no one was ever at front desk to answer in regard to notifying them and getting a new one. Ice machine was out of order on our floor.Bar was never open only when we arrived and they had the lobby packed with people buying clothes and doing comedy in Spanish .

The property was very beautiful, with very modern decorations.

The walls are extremely thin, you could practically hear the neighbors whispering. Also you can hear the people above you walking all night if they choose to, so I’d highly recommend requesting the top floor always. Lastly, the beds are hooked to the walls by metal clamps, these clamps are loud and squeaky so any sudden movements will likely wake you if you’re a light sleeper. 2 of the 3 nights we stayed the bar also wasn’t open, that was quite disappointing.

I am not a smoker so I really was happy to find out there was no smoking tolerated on promises.

When I have stayed in Hotels in pass time there was a bathroom door, how ever it was not a inconvenience but the refrigerator did not work until I called the office I believed that the front desk turned the refrigerator on.... if that was the case that's fine but Friday night no refrigerator. I just feel like the front desk should have told me that at time of check in.

The room was very clean and a good size. The shower was excellent size especially for 2. Location was perfectly close to everything.

They didn’t have a complimentary breakfast and the choices they did have were way over priced.

. Staff member bar attendant Nicole was AWESOME! Night auditor Corey H was also AWESOME!!! Both welcomed me with Texas hospitality.

Room could be cleaner

The property was in immaculate condition. Upon arrival we were greeted by Courtney who was an absolute gem. The entire staff was polite, professional, and personable. Such a convenient location to all the great features of Katy.

Floors are hollow? Have to walk lightly to not disturb neighbor downstairs.
