We got there pretty late around 3 am and the young man who helped us went above and beyond knowing we’ve been driving for 16 hours. We initially were planning to arrive Friday afternoon but due to some stops our itinerary got pushed back a few hours. Our room did not have a pullout sofa bed and he offered us two queen bedrooms at no charge but because we were just so exhausted we decided to stay in the room. He even brought another comforter for us and was very accommodating. His customer service was superior and the fact that he tried to make our stay even more comfortable I take my hat off to that young man. I think in these times customer service is usually out the window. That young gives the world hope! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great!

Great location very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us when there was a problem with the original room booked. They contacted us prior to our arrival and had a perfect solution to the problem when we made it there. The entire hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The entire staff is excellent and helpful. I have two more trips planned to Katy this year and i will be staying here for both without a doubt.

Location good event for whole family

When I was booking my room. I booked the wrong room. I just knew I had picked the right room. I thought I had chosen two Queen and sofa suite. When I got there. I had one king bed. So the booking site was'nt clear. On the decion that I had made. So no I didn't get what I wanted.

Whenever my husband and I travel to see his family in Houston, Our go-to place for staying is at Holiday Inn Houston West Katy Mills. I refuse to stay anywhere else. From the booking to the stay, and everything in between is always a great experience.

+ Right in front of Katy Mills + Strategically located for all-things-Katy + Spacious, clean, ample swimming pool space + Friendly check in crew + beds and pillows are a dream come true

+ Airco difficult to regulate. + Carpets could use an update.

It’s always very clean. I’m very particular about the bathroom being clean.

My husband is somewhat handicapped. They’re always accommodating to put us closer to the elevated. I think they need something down in the tub because they are very slippery for a handicapped person.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the spacious room, and the convenience of location.

I did not like the additional deposit required at check-in. Wish there was a continental breakfast available. Paid $5.00 for 4-slices of toast! Breakfast needs improvement!! When you are in a hurry to get to an appointment, and trying to get thru traffic, you don't have time to order a breakfast!

Staff is great Bad is great Cleaning good

The problem is the road noise at night, quite excessive for a sensitive hearing as mine. Ac unit is inside the room, also noise.

This was a very nice hotel located right off of the highway. Hotel is very clean with very nice facilities. The staff was friendly and we had no issues. We were able to check into our hotel early which was really nice.

I assumed there was free breakfast but its not free.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect. A lot restaurants and stores around.

The front desk guy who had the evening shift on April 1st was very nice and welcoming, but the guy who had the morning shift on April 2nd was rude and looked like he hated his job.
