I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly. The location was also super convenient, with easy access to many attractions and amenities. Highly recommend!

While we didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel since we chose to dine out, a bigger breakfast setup and accessible silverware would have been appreciated—especially when we were snowed in on Tuesday. Additionally, a better selection of drinks and snacks in the lobby would have been nice. That said, the location was perfect, with plenty of nearby attractions, and the overall experience was great!

They were very accommodating as we had booked a room for one night then decided we needed a second night but was not able to get the same type of room online. We originally were going to have to check out of the first room and wait to check into the new room. We had traveled 13 hours to get there at 2AM and was exhausted. The staff that checked us in was so nice and fixed our room to be the same room and we didn't have to go through all the checking out and back in plus moving rooms. Great location by the Katy Mills mall and plenty of eating.

Our hot water in the shower took 10 minutes to get more than Luke warm. The lighting in the room is very dim.

Stayed for 10 days, great location, freindly staff, overall clean and very good value

Breakfast was basic like most similar hotels, but for few days they had workers come over for few days and breakfast area was a mess! Staff did their best to manage that but I think it could have been planned/controlled in a better way.

Was very clean the room was very spacious and comfortable the pool was indoors the breakfast was fresh and hot the area was clean and well maintained was quiet not any kids running around

The pillows needed to be at least one large one on the bed along with the other small ones also I would like the pool heated and wanted a ground floor room that was handicapped there could be more on that floor the eggs could be real scrambled egg not powder eggs could have used some hash browns

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Indoor pool was very nice. Fitness center was small but decent to get a nice workout in. The breakfast was normal hotel breakfast but everything was clean and my family enjoyed the food.

The floor was stayed on was Hot! (3rd floor) Not sure if the air conditioner stopped working or was not on, but everyday we traveled through the hallway it was wrapped in heat, not to mention how hot it was outside, the heat in the hallway didn’t make our walk to our room pleasant.

I had a great experience during my stay and the clean and ac was great. Had no problem finding my room and a clean and comfortable area and lobby.

I loved the rooms where the reason being my second stay. I chose to come back due to the great service and clean facility. Katy Mall was cross the street and dining was close walking distance.

We liked everything about the facility

We didn’t like that the floor where wet by the elevators as well as in the elevator from people going to the pool and up and down the elevator. There wasn’t a wet floor sign and staff wasn’t attentive enough to other customers safety. My fiancé just had knee surgery and had a difficult time get to and from the elevator because of how wet the floors were

It’s near Katy Mills. The 1st room smelled of cat urine (we had pets so we were given a pet room. We were given a different room with no problem. The 2nd room was fine. The pool isn’t heated. Although it was extremely hot outside-the pool certainly shocked the system.

The pool wasn’t heated and cold. It’s inside. The breakfast was typical hotel food but they ran out of eggs very early in the service.

Convenient location, good lighting outside. Front desk staff were great. We were always greeted upon our arrival or leaving. My luggage was lost and staff phoned me to let me know when it arrived at the hotel.

Comforter could have been more comfortable. I wound up taking it off the bed.

The hotel staff was Great and the hotel room was very clean.... The customer service is excellent. We will be traveling back month and we will be staying at same hotel

Everything was good and we are looking forward in staying again
