The room was beautiful and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a quick stay. We prepared our dinner in the kitchen and enjoyed relaxing on the couch. Having a fan over the bed was a nice homey touch!

The breakfast was lacking. I'm a vegetarian and there was little choice for me. We did eat late in the morning so things were not as fresh. I appreciate the hotel offering a free breakfast, but it was lacking.

The room was very nice and accessible for hearing impairment. But there was construction going on in the building which began every morning at 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. .

Hotel construction begin every morning Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. so there was no sleeping in because of the drilling and the noise of the construction.

This hotel is always our first choice in Katy. The location is great. Breakfast is very good. They also have a happy hour every Wednesday! The rooms are very spacious and aren't run down like some of their other locations. Kitchenette is very well equipped. Laundry on site and a decent gym with dual cable machine, bench and dumbbells.

Housekeeping could've been better. Room wasn't always cleaned even upon request.

Breakfast was convenient and good! The hotel was a luxury hotel! The staff made check in easy! The rooms were grand and clean! I loved the clean smell as you opened the door! The room felt like an apartment! The kitchen and living room space were together and the bedroom was separated. My overall stay was excellent! The hotel is located by all of the shopping centers and the Katy Mills Mall. It’s also by the water park.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Like the texting communication. Coffee available all day. The swimming pool and small putt putt green were great for my toddler. Gym was clean. Felt safe and close to a lot of amenities.

No hot water in the shower at night (it was warm but not hot) , but they did mention they were getting a hot water upgrade. I would also love a hot tub in the facility, but

We have stay in this hotel before, but I have to say the last time was better than this time because the and the A/c of the room had a terrible noise, we didn’t sleep very well. I think it is due the room (118) is in the first floor where the traffic is high.

Love the location of this hotel. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping outlets and not too far from downtown Houston. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Shout out to Isabel for being kind and awesome!

During our particular stay, there was an incident that made my family uncomfortable, and we had to leave the pool early. Hopefully, on our next stay we won't encounter this.

The breakfast was delicious! The hotel I centered around everything I needed. Restaurants, the typhoon Texas water park, the Katy mills mall, and urban air! The family and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. My doggy even enjoyed herself!

Only thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay for early check in. Oh and the sofa needs a deep cleaning. That’s it! Everything else was amazing and we will definitely be back when in the Katy area again.

Very good location for work and close to the Katy mills mall and restaurants. Having a washing machine and dryer was very convenient and I enjoyed using the pool and gym.

The crockery (plates, pots, etc) were not sufficient for cooking own meals. Breakfast was average.

No Generator Backup when power was down due to Beryl. Suggest to have one functioning soon as Beryl was only the 1st hurricane of the season.
