The manager offered us a free upgrade to a suite which we really enjoyed. It was nice to have the extra space we did not realize we needed! The room was spacious and the overall property was 100% better than our last visit. Hotel was very clean, quick check-in which did not happen on our last visit it went very smoothly this time. We really appreciated the room upgrade at no additional cost. There were guests but overall property was much quieter and pleasant this time with no kids running and screaming up and down the halls at all hours of the night. We plan to return again on our next trip to visit family in Katy. The staff was kind, patient, friendly and hotel was pristine. I can not rate the breakfast because we’ve never had time to try it.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was huge and the bed/furniture was really comfortable. Everywhere we went in the hotel it not only smelled clean but looked cleaned. The hotel is close to the interstate however you would never know! The room was very well insulated and we never even heard another guest or their TV if they had it on.

Nothing! There is nothing negative about this hotel and was the best hotel I've ever been in!

Comfortable bed! Location was GREAT, near lots of shopping and food options. Very safe and plenty of parking. Reception staff were excellent.

Floor transitions were rough-hall to room. Remodeled from carpet to tile and the thresholds don’t match. Trip hazard! Especially for limited or impaired mobility folks. Stiff hard auto closures on the doors, and NO freezer in fridge for ice packs.

The property is close to many restaurants and the shopping mall. As soon as I arrived, the front desk clerk was there to help me with the check in. Then she explained where the room was. Breakfast hours and other services. The room was pleasant and comfortable the A/C was quiet.

The breakfast wasn’t quite plenty of food but it was good though. My wife was waiting for the meat by it never came out so we left before she got some of it.

The room that we were in was huge! Lighting was great. Easy to access ad the room looked like it was recently renovated. The smell when you walk into the hotel was heavenly.

The free breakfast was okay. I'm not sure if that was because we got up and went down to eat and they were only open for 1 hour and a half more or what. I wish there was more variety.

The location and amenities.

A feeling of unwelcome about taking breakfast away from the dining area. There is very little Gluten-free food available so mandatory eating in the dining area caused me to bring my GF granola to dine-in, which cost me valuable time in the morning. Many travelers need GF food and grab-and-go options.

The hotel was very clean and front office ppl very friendly and respectful. Our room wasn’t quite ready and they invite us to sit in a very comfortable area and wait.

There is nothing not to like. I had appt at nearby medical facility n it’s very close plus many restaurants around. Walking distance to Dennys from hotel.

Thought the room was very nice and updated. Very comfortable.

The floor was cold and missed having some carpet under my feet. I know the LVF is practical for the hotel, but getting from bed to bathroom without socks or house shoes, floor was cold.

Place is really clean, super housekeepers, very attentive staff, everything smells clean and looks great. Comfort and room features are 100%.

So far, I have not one complaint.

I liked that it was so close to the mall and the water park. Very accessible and there are a lot of food options around as well!

The parking was very limited so my friend had to park at the other hotel right across from the country inn
