Everything was beautiful. The staff were incredible. The location was great.

We arrived during a bout of very hot weather and due to the age of the building there was no air conditioning. We only lasted a night and the hotel staff kindly allowed us to move to another of their hotels near by. Both hotels were wonderful. The staff were lovely and it was no one’s fault the weather was extremely hot. Perhaps a freestanding plug in air conditioning unit may be an option to help when such problems arise.

Beautifully designed and stylish room on the first floor. Amazing restoration of a very old house. Very comfortable and quiet, super shower and toiletries. Great and helpful welcome from staff. We enjoyed the immaculate sauna which we had to ourselves. Breakfast served at their nearby cafe, a great breakfast buffet-relaxed. Staff flexible with check out time which was appreciated. We didn’t want to leave!

Nothing-perfect. Tea and coffee available at any time outside our room, but at this standard of hotel I think that tea/coffee making should be in each room.

It truly felt like walking into a friend’s home- from the art on the walls, to the common area furniture choices and wine cellar, everything was warm and inviting. The linens on the bed; the wonderful showers; the bath products; the little chocolates and cappuccino machine were my favorites.

It would have been jive to have a fan for the warmer nights.

Our room was wonderful. It was HUGE, clean and comfortable. Great location a short walk to the city center. Spa looked nice but we never used it. Loved the self service coffee area and wine bar.

Reception was only open a few hours. Breakfast and checkout was in a separate hotel which was a bit of a hassle. Parking was 5 minutes away. The parking garage was supposed to recognize our license plate. It didn’t but we fortunate enough to follow someone in.

We loved everything about this hotel! It’s beautifully designed, it’s a mix of history with modern! The staff is very kind, helpful and attentive. The rooms are very well curated, inviting you to feel welcoming and restful. The amenities are great and the breakfast is amazing! It’s a jewel in the town of Brixen!

The good: - Modernly furnished - Comfortable bed/linens - Great Breakfast at a detached location

The bad: - No AC in the rooms - The fans provided are loud and it requires to open the windows - Noisy room (specially with windows open) as the structure is set next to a busy road (buses and cars)

Loved the staff - very welcoming and helpful, esp., for us, with information about hiking opportunities. Beautiful facilities and grounds. Easy access to the main part of town.

Couldn’t find any Kleenex/tissues in the room or bathroom.

Beautiful townhouse with an outstanding room design that excels not only in aesthetics but also in comfort. Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Parking is conveniently close to the hotel.

Breakfast is served in a separate building. It's decent, but there's still room for improvement.

The staff at the hotel was welcoming and helpful. It provided sightseeing recommendations and plenty of directions. Their recommendations were spot-on and made for a wonderful stay.

We fully enjoyed our stay.

Genuine hospitality of the hotel who upgraded my room without asking for it. The second to none location.
