Good location next to almost everything you need outside the hotel and close the Uludag Mountain Road. Fancy clean rooms and toilets. Iron was included in the room, which was a bonus. Free parking. The gym is open 24/7 and has an adeqauste selection of machines.

The breakfast selection might benefit from a wider variety of options. It would be wonderful if the staff could be a bit more welcoming and smile more frequently. I was unsure about the availability of valet parking, and it seemed inconsistent. The lighting was rather dim. Shower flow could be better. The hotel's pricing seems a little high, considering the amenities offered.

I stayed for 24 hours only but the room was (decent) clean the water pressure in the bathroom was good hot water was fine

power outlet in the room not sufficient i needed 3 outlets i had to disconnect the alarm clock Thankfully the spare between the drawers and the table was good enough I asked for extra bottles of water as we were 4 adults and a child with 2 connecting rooms The answer is received was surprising The hotel employee said “we placed enough water for you in the room but only for this time we are going to give you some extra bottles of water next time you’re going to pay” ???? Not really hospitable in my opinion Its just water

The hotel is located in the city center and is easily accessible to all services. The reception for valet parking services is one of the best, and the employees' smiles are wonderful. Due to the duvet being changed periodically, the cleanliness is exceptional. Calm and distinction that is unparalleled. I want to express my gratitude to all employees for their positive reception

There are no negative aspects, but I would prefer towels that were softer, thicker and had a better scent.

The location of the hotel was excellent, walking distance to one of the biggest shopping malls and many good restaurants in Bursa. We chose a corner room and the room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The reception team was super helpful and flexible. We extended our stay for two more days and they made sure that we don’t have to change rooms. Overall both the facilities and the team was excellent.

Hamam and Baliness's messages are incredible. The staff is helpful and welcoming. IDA, the Andonesian spa lady, is beyond amazing at her work.. Ebrar from the reception and her colleagues are welcoming, helpful, and friendly to the kids. The hotel location is perfect and convenient, especially for families with kids.

The hotel is not at a 5-star level in terms of cleanliness and furniture. It's not about the day-to-day cleaning, but the carpets and curtains are very dirty and have a lot of spots, the furniture has so many scratches and looks so old as well as the wooden walls and decorations in the rooms and corridors, it feels dirty and old. Breakfast is not good; the same items every day, with not even a new dish, don't taste good. The indoor swimming pool is very small. This property has great staff and an amazing location, but it is old and does not have very clean rooms and corridors.

I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel, and it was fantastic! The luxury room was impeccably designed and provided a truly comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to start the day right. The staff were highly trained, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a touch of luxury and exceptional service.

I liked the location and the view also great staff friendly too. The room was excellent and clean. I enjoyed my stay very well. I liked the parking services and the hotel was very close from the park also the malls and the mountain too. Great buffet.

1-The curtains keep falling when I close them they need some fixes. 2- When people are outside my door talking, I can hear them very loudly. the door needs some kind of soundproofing from under it. 3- The food menu for the room is small. Should include turkish food like kofte..etc, but to be honest, it's great. After all, I would book again. All these things I just mentioned it to be fixed and noted.

Location is great in a walking distance from a mall and coffee shops, the hotel is quite. The staff is so helpful and friendly and I will like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Ersin Cetin at the front office for his help and warm greetings.

Good big room! Sheraton quality and standart !

SPA Center is very poor ! Cold water in main pool , cold hall of all SPA , no variety of different services .... Deserted place... Food in restaurant is not a level of Sheraton...! Ordered food not deliscious , supermarket products in the dish ...on the table ... ! Service and waiters are good ! We were for New Years Evening - in the SHERATON hotel restaurant no celebration , no music , no nothing .... no small program even 30 minutes ?! It is pity for big and nice international structure to be so sad on New Years Evening ?.....

Mr mohammad al ayobi and mr yassen from front desk are helpful and friendly and ask me all the time about anything I want ….. great location and great people work in valley……

the hotel need to replace the carpet in the room and the bathroom need to clean and fix the shower
