This hotel is great, very standard, and has a convenience store across the street out the back. It's neatly situated between streets full of shops, bus stops, and train stations. I found the room decently spacious for two people with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons and the staff was always lovely. The photos are very accurate to the room and I found myself very satisfied with the experience. There was always something to do around the hotel and nothing was further than a half-hour train ride away. The bedsheets aren't changed everyday, but the cleaning service is daily. If you wanted a smart TV that connects to YouTube or other services, you will be unlucky there as it only displays local cable television, but I don't necessarily find that a weakness.

This place is a gem! The check-in went smoothly, and the room was beyond expectations. Staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel provided free water bottles every day. The bathroom had a bidet, which I found to be super cool! Due to jet lag, I had slept in for half a day, and the cleaning time was way overdue. However, after I came back to my room later that day, it was completely cleaned up - even when the time for cleaning was over for the day. I felt very thankful for the staff that put in so much care. There is a CU (open 24/7) right besides the hotel, so it made it easy to grab snacks, smaller meals, T-money card and coffee. You could also sit outside the CU, which is perfect for the ones who want to experience the convenience store "relaxation"! The day I had to check out, I stumbled upon a problem with my next accommodation. Still, the staff helped me through it all, where they were looking for solutions. I wan to say a special thank you to Mr. Justin Lim who helped me calmly and handled the situation so well. He made sure I was okay, and contacted the host of my accommodation because I was unable to. He spent so much time to help me, and he booked me a taxi to the accommodation as well! Thank you so much for this fantastic stay - I will never forget it!

the air con and heater temperature very difficult to adjust.. the rest was perfect.

The amenities were great. I loved the instant hot water in the shower. Check in and out was super easy and I was able to reserve a taxi to the airport at the front desk conveniently too.

I wasn't sure whether the room I was getting had a bathtub or just a shower. I don't think that was very clear in the booking. Also I didn't discover the electric kettle in my room until the second night. That was also something I wish the staff had mentioned upon checking in.

Very good location with easy access to the Gimpo airport via metro line 9 and convenient connection to all major Seoul attractions with connection with metro line 4. Be aware that google maps walking mode does not work well in Seoul, which may cause a bit of a problem when you first arrive from the airport, but just exit at Yeomchang station exit 4 and you will see a big neon light with the name of the hotel at the top of the building, which will be very easy to find.

We arrived late at night and the property manager was very helpful guiding us to an opened restaurant. He even walked us halfway to make sure we headed the right way. There were many restaurants and shops near the hotel and very close proximity to the subway station. The room was very clean and our beds were super comfortable. It felt like sleeping on the clouds.

The hotel is really nice. The staff were kind and spoke english well which made check-in easy. The room is not overly spacious but enough for two people. Overall, it's a pleasant hotel.

My only complaint is that the mention sensor light by the entrance to the room would turn on and off every 20 seconds or so. I think there was a faulty wire or something because it would also turn on and off when the AC would turn on and off.

Location of hotel is alright. It's close enough to subway stations; however, if you're not familiar with the area or are unfamiliar with Korea, it might be a bit daunting to walk to since it's a little out of the way near really busy streets.

The noise outside in the hallways easily bleeds into the bedroom. If you unfortunately have noisy neighbors, you will hear everything out in the hallways.

The room front entrance sensor light is very annoying, in few seconds the light will go off unless you keep moving. Without the front entrance light, the room is too dark. Please change to the regular light.
