Personel was nice and accommodating. Location was nice. Super clean and well equipped with pots and pans, forks and so on for cooking, some teabags, sugar. Mini bar on the first floor with good prices. Overall good stay, but still some room for improvement.

Did not underatand how to turn on AC or if there was one. Also did not understand how to ventilate the bathroom. It was not convenient that you can wash your clothes for 5 euros, but do not get the detergent. I would rather pay a little more but not have to run to the store for the supplies. Staying 6 days - you have to pay for towel change and room getting cleaned, more than 7 days - free. No shoehorn in the room.

The apartment was very nice, modern and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. 5 min walk to the train station and a short walking distance to the city center. The bed was comfortable.

Didn't really appreciate the AC system and the ventilation (that was super noisy) and also a bit chilly in the house. I told the staff that I didn't feel comfortable with the AC and ventilation and they turned everything off so I appreciated it.

The proximity to town , shops , restaurants is outstanding . The apartments are managed efficiently with quick answers to any queries from friendly staff who were always available . The apartment is very comfortable, safe and secure , and it had all the facilities that we needed .

The apartments are a little sterile , but I understand that keeping them simple makes for effective cost control , and it had everything we needed , with a large fridge , a tv in the lounge and bedroom , a big clean bathroom with a great shower , very good climate control , and everything else that we needed , so the lack of frills is not a complaint. We were very comfortable and we would be happy to stay there again.

The views and location from the place were brilliant. Close by the bus and train station (5 minute walk away). The apartment was well equipped and very modern, felt like we were staying in a hotel room. The rooms are soundproof. The kitchen/living was spacious, both TVs work with Bluetooth, and the central heating worked wonders in the middle of January.

Could be a bit cleaner (coming from a clean-freak). Kitchen utensils and pots were extremely dirty and there was stuff stuck to the floor in some places.

The apartment is located very conveniently - very close to the train station and the city centre. Getting there and accessing the apartment is unproblematic. It is very clean, with all the necessary amenities. Everything is clearly described in a leaflet inside the apartment. Also, even thoug this is not a hotel, contacting staff is very easy and they have always been very efficient and helpful.

The only thing that was perhaps not great was the ventlation in the bathroom, which was a bit too loud.

These are the most positive scores I have given any property. I was pleasantly surprised from the beginning. A lot of thought has obviously been given to what makes an apartment comfortable and good to stay in. I'd particularly highlight the door and windows - each heavy and thick which kept practically every bit of noise out - and the underfloor aircon/ heating. I also liked the large walk-in dual head shower.

Nothing really. Anything here would be nit-picking for the sake of this review which would, in my view, be a disservice to YUGOGO.

The apartment is very nice located close to the Dante square and the train station. Easy walk to the city center and main Trento sights. We were three and used the sofa that was very comfortable. The automatic kiosk downstairs had reasonable prices and was quite complete.

Probably more equipment in the kitchen will be appreciated like salt, oil and so on. Using a code to enter the apartment instead a key didn't feel very safe to us since we had to use the same to enter the building and can be seen by someone else.

Very friendly, helpful and cooperative staff!! The location is very quiet, central and close to the train station and the historic center. The room is comfortable and very clean! The owner was extremely nice and helpful with all our needs. This hotel contributed to a very nice visit to Trento.

We liked everything!!

The location was great and very easy check-in and check-out. The apartment is spacious, modern, and comfortable. Great beds! Communication with the hosts was very easy.

The air-conditioning system didn't seem to work, but the weather was fine while we were there and open windows worked great! The couch could be replaced, ok comfort but looked a bit run down.

The staff are friendly and contact you via whatsapp to make things easier. I hardly had contact with them but they got everything done for me remotely. The were very accommodating and professional.

Since I was working shifts and sometimes needed to sleep in the daytime, the construction at the site often kept me awake. This was the only "problem"... but not really a problem if you're there on holiday.
