Staff was polite and attentive to great quality service! Breakfast was exceptional! The made to order omelettes were unlike any experience I've had at any other hotel(s) and the waffle bar was far beyond delicious with all the works available to top your tasty waffle! 10/10 Will stay again! Pool and hot tub were a great bonus with all the other ammenities that are also provided! And check-out being at noon made for a well rounded amazing stay.

Only thing was the lack of lunch/dinner options, but great options only 20 minutes away not a huge issue! My only true issue, my stay wasn't long enough!

I liked everything about the Inn. Design was pleasant with local photography, building was very well maintained (looked recently remodeled). Very quiet and within walking distance to everything. The pool & Hot tub were clean & maintenanced. I really liked the breakfast offered. Something for everyone, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage...and more. Plus coffee & tea, juices, milk. We stayed in the kitchen suite, very comfortable & extremely clean. Computer & printer came in handy. Staff was wonderful both times we stayed.

Nothing. The only thing it could improve on is the workout area. A bench with free weights would be welcomed I think by a lot of people.

I'll be staying here again a few more times. This place is super clean, comfortable, and safe. The check-in experience was easy, and I felt welcomed right away. The staff was extremely friendly and authentic. I especially loved the local artwork. Nice and quiet after 10 pm, our vehicle felt secure with plenty of lights in the parking lot.. Had a soak in the hot tub before going to sleep. Stayed in the suite, it was spacious and had good water pressure on the shower head. The bed was comfortable, maybe on the firm side. Breakfast choices were plenty, I had yogurt with strawberries. The only thing I could possibly think about that could need improvement was the lack of equipment for a proper workout. It just needs weights. I think I will bring my own next time & it will be more than perfect. I'm looking forward to coming back.

The front desk worker was so helpful to me because I was having problems with my bank card and she explained to me what I needed to do and I was able to use my card to work and my two kids were happy at the hotel I will recommend others about the hotel and it's in a good area

There is nothing I can say about the stay I couldn't find anything wrong with the hotel stay I couldn't rate the staff bad because they were all helpful to me and my two kids my car was in a safe place

Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was great!! One of the best I've been too!! The pool & hot tub was also a hit!!! Very nice.

TV screen was a little hard to watch the basketball game on......May have helped to move it closer to the front of the desktop. Nothing that would keep me from coming again however.

I would have liked the pool to open earlier. My kids wake up early so we would have had time to swim before heading out after breakfast. Our room was clean minus the hairs on the back of the toilet and someone’s toothbrush holder left on the floor by the window. Did make me question how clean everything else was.

very good breakfast. Good made to order omelets with very nice staff. Manager was very well informed about the area and took time to enthusiastically share with our group. easy parking. Easy walk to almost everything in the city. Nice grocery across the street.

front desk staff were curt and not particularly pleasant.

Overall it’s nice and clean but after check in we found something like feces in the tub and it was dry and when I reported it to front desk while she said “and you have a dog right ?” I was so upset and surprised that they didn’t take responsibility for the problem and tried to blame my dogs. There’s no way my dogs could jump into the tub plus they didn’t even walk into washroom at all. Anyways that was basically the only thing I found unacceptable.

The location was very convenient for us and the hotel was ideal for an overnight stop. Staff were friendly and breakfast was okay, it was good to have fresh omelettes made to order.

We had a room that faced the road, although we weren’t disturbed by it during the night. There are no proper restaurants in Colefax!

We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. The dinning area was clean and staff was pleasant. Location was great. Grocery store across the street Very convenient. Cute little town. Historic buildings and close to WSU. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
