Really easy to find and it was nearby a lot of restaurants and a Walmart. Quiet location. There was not a lot of street traffic and it wasn’t in a loud area. The pool area is inside, covered and looked very nice although we did not swim.

We called ahead to ask for an adjoining room, which was set up and correct! We got into the first room and everything looked fine. Then we got into the second room and it hadn’t been cleaned. We went to front desk and they were wonderful about getting it cleaned as quickly as possible and even offered us two other rooms if we preferred that.

Plenty of space in room. Nice renovations since I started staying almost 20 years ago. Nice variety of breakfast items.

I’ve found it very noisy when staying here before but with room fan on it was just fine. Directions for using TV would good.

Our first night there was some kind of student band competition in town so the hotel was full of high school students. No problem, except they were loud and lots of moving around outside my door. This caused my dog to bark alot. I got a call about the barking. Staff was nice about it, but could have asked the kids to stop running around the halls. Also almost no hot water for showers in the morning. By mid afternoon more hot than morning. Also when showering, the pipe squealed the entire time.

The location was quiet; no traffic congestion at all. It was easy to access and had abundant parking. The facility was modern looking, smelled clean and airy and so well-kept that it appeared like new construction.

My room was located at a far end/isolated corner of an upper floor. Nice and quiet. I was a bit concerned however, that the room directly across from me was for some hours, (well into the evening) left standing open with the u-latch security bar positioned to prevent closure. The room was empty so It was probably just a housekeeping oversight i.e., who forgetting to clean completely and secure the door. But given the isolated location of the room, it came off a bit non-secure. As though anyone could have slipped in; authorized or not. Just a little unsettling. I reported it to the front desk and let them know that I would be closing it. They were fine with my doing so, but it did prompt me to take extra steps to secure/reinforce the lock and u- latch slide bar.

I loved the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed.

The facility can't be changed. But having the open atrium affect made sound travel and the building didn't seem to have been built to block noise traveling. We were on the third floor and could hear conversations from the common area below, not to mention smelling burnt toast in the morning.

Clean, comfy, great staff and easy checkin/checkout

Staff had a bit of trouble keeping up with breakfast. No coffee, juice, sausage or any other choices than toast. Red potatoes were crunchy and not cooked long enough. Not the beautiful breakfast I was used to and looking forward to. Also all the info we received said breakfast ended at 10 am when in fact it was all gone and cleaned up by 9 am.

The entry door to my room was hard to shut. The bathroom sink was plugged. I informed them of it but it was never fixed. When I went to take a shower there was no shower curtain but how it's keeping quickly brought one and hung it up.

When my reservation was booking couldn't be discovered, staff was very accommodating in getting us a room and at a $20 reduction.

There was no breakfast food left, and they ran out of many things during breakfast hours. Granted. The hotel was full and accommodating baseball teams. The room we were given was next to the pool so not a quiet peaceful place. The refrigerator in the room was moaning as of in the throes of death

Price was fair , location so so ,actually almost invisible, but we finally found your hotel 🏨

Location up hill behind Applebee's, and defunct Sherris ,and continue up a little more behind the corner of Goodwill. Nice once you find it , or just look left of Walmart, Nice hotel though 👌

The rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Our King room was large and had plenty of room to move about and store things we didn't want to leave in the truck.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The main lobby was a bit dirty, like it needed a good vacuum. The cost for a room in Moscow, ID was shockingly high.
