Evening clerk friendly. Room clean, breakfast was great.

Out toilet plugged up. Went to the front desk to get a plunger at 7:30 am. Maintenance was not in yet, and the clerk couldn't find a plunger. We had to use the bathrooms in the lobby. Checked out at 8:30 a.m., and still no maintenance people around. If someone could have found a plunger, I would have given an excellent rating even though the morning clerk didn't like that I was standing on the side of the desk instead of in front of the desk stating my problem trying to be discreet. She asked me to move to the front of the desk.

The room met our needs, and we were able to bring our small dog. The bedding was nice and soft, looked like new room darkening shades which I love when you can shut out all the parking lot light. Any time we came and went the staff greeted us and were friendly. The parking area is great, good location.

Parking lot view and the breakfast wasn't out at 6:30am on our last day (not even the coffee), and we needed to get on the road home. We spent most of our time with family, so it was a bit pricey for that at over $550 for two nights.

The front desk employees were great. Took the time to help us with directions and answered our questions. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were concerned about the construction because of noise. Our room was quiet and construction didn’t bother us. We will return to this hotel. There is a great steak house close to the hotel.

The hotel was under construction. At first we were irritated because we couldn’t use the pool and no breakfast room. The hotel had a nice breakfast selection setup as a grab and go. Good breakfast sandwiches, muffins and much more. Very happy with the work the hotel put in so we had a pretty good breakfast.

The hotel overall was really nice. The room was clean and that's the most important thing to me. The breakfast food was very good and a nice variety.

I did not like the drinking water at breakfast as after I drank half the cup I saw floaties. Then I checked my daughter's cup and realized there was mold floating in our cups! I ate ice the night before so who knows how much mold I ingested, but it was super gross. Apparently they need to clean their taps and ice machines.

Great hotel, but currently under going a total remodel. Breakfast was very good.

Our room was in the back with no view. Next time I'd request a view room overlooking the entire city and river below.

Great location, safe, bright entrance and parking. Comfy size of room, friendly staff and great breakfast! Quiet for the most part, felt safe coming and going alone. Bed was comfy, convenient ice machine and vending and snacks.

No housekeeping services during my 4 night stay, no view and the A/C fan was a bit noisy, otherwise this is a great hotel and I would stay there again!!

I loved the view, trailer/truck parking. The rooms were new, clean and really conducive to business travel. I liked the breakfast are with the view, the pool. It felt like a higher end experience.

The whole experience was great. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.We have stayed many times before and enjoy it each time.

When we went to breakfast, most of the hot food pans were empty and not refilled, so we were a little disappointed.

I will never book through Booking.com again because of the cancellation policy. We had some plans that changed, outside of our control. We stayed in Walla Walla, WA on Friday, but still paid Booking.com for the room. We were unable to change or modify reservations based on my understanding of the booking agreement.

The breakfast bar was tasty, great choices. Had an issue with the people in the adjoining room but management was amazing in helping is get moved to a new room.
