The room was very comfortable and had a fridge and microwave. The shower was decent, and I appreciate the use of refillable shampoo and conditioner and body wash instead of individual little bottles. The linens were really nice. Climate control was easy (room stayed nice and cool even though it was crazy hot outside). The breakfast offering each morning was really great-I loved the oatmeal bar, but there was a lot to choose from so everyone is happy. Liked that checkout time is noon-lots of places are going earlier and earlier on checkout.

The toilet flusher was hanging off when we checked in. We got in late and the maintenance guy wasn't there anymore. I did figure out how to fix it on my own, but it was a little frustrating. The TV remote and guide were a little annoying (very delayed and inaccurate) but def could have been just needing battery replacement.

Location was convenient and easy to get to. Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Walls are thin, could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the room next to me. Could be that they were just overly loud people but I was able to hear every word and every movement they made, for example them walking around. Breakfast was decent but limited options compared to another hotel down the street.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Once items ran out, they weren't replaced. Not great if having a nice sleep in. If Breakfast is advertised for a certain amount of time, there should be enough food for that whole time.

The studio room was spacious, almost like a small apartment. Plenty of work space, large sofa and large bathroom surfaces for toiletries. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was pretty good. A small convenience store at the reception desk was a life saver after a long, hot day.

The bed was cranky. The sofa was not very comfortable to sit on. I think the furniture is getting old. In addition, we heard noise from the next rooms - apparently the noise insulation is not great.

The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We didn't get up early enough for breakfast but the room that they had set up for it looked very nice and roomy for people to eat their breakfast.

Staff were friendly and able to accommodate my request for a first floor room since we travel with small dogs.

Handicap parking spot had a large drop off on the passenger side. Almost fell.

Friendly staff, clean room & comfortable bed

The shampoo, conditioner& body soap were lavender & eucalyptus. I am allergic to lavender & my son is allergic to eucalyptus so we were not able to use them. Maybe use a citrus scent instead.

Open, not cramped. Back is against a row of trees which gives privacy and the feeling of being near nature-where in reality the hotel is in a large shopping area. Good breakfast. Nice large shower.

The high price because of football.

Desk staff were nice and professional. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

The bed was too soft, and the wifi was terrible. I never did get a connection, and the staff was not helpful.
