What a modern and hip place in the middle of this busy intersection just below the university! Their mantra is having fun and caring about your stay. Their remodeled rooms were comfortable. Appreciated the microwave and fridge and the huge TV!! The remodeled bathroom was well done and appreciated the step-in shower. We've never had check-in free drinks nor the morning's oatmeal bar! Both winners!!
The laminate flooring could have used a good washing as there were sticky droplets here and there. Of course, the road noise due to it's location. You definitely need ear plugs, which they provided one set in the room.

The atmosphere was great. Downtown was within walking distance as was the WSU campus. Rooms were clean, I am very sensitive to animals and I was not bothered in the least with my allergies.
The A/C was very loud. We tried to do the eco settings but the fan coming on and off throughout the night was very disruptive to our sleep. The next night we turned off the eco setting and it was better because the sound was constant but still loud.

The place was immaculate! Fun, retro vibe. Very artsy, unique place to stay. Someone has spent a lot of time, energy and money having fun creating this place. Extremely well done.
Air conditioning was noisy but very happy to have it as it was almost 100 degrees when we arrived. The tv was hard for us to navigate but we are old school so give us credit for trying.

Location
Since I made reservation through booking.com when I had to leave 2 days early I could not get my money back. Was told that since I made the reservation through Booking.com they could not reimburse me. Very disappointed. I have made at least 100 reservations through their site. But the reception staff that booking.com had my money snd they could not help me.

Loved the whole vibe! Free drink was a bonus as was music in the lobby! Room was great and no issues with water pressure. I even played the provide video game! Location can't be beat and everything was withing a short walk or drive.
There was nothing that really stood out that i didn't like. If I had to say one thing, the AC/heater was a bit loud and did wake me up when it kicked on a couple of times.

Quirky boutique hotel. At first sight looks like a 1960's motel but look again. It is but it's been restored while preserving the period ambience. Hidden in the 1960's look are things like electronic door locks to rooms, good quality bathroom fittings, comfortable bed. Exceptional staff.
Breakfast was limited but rather in keeping with the period look and feel of the place.

Standard motel but in town and painted doors with a few fun items scattered around. All good and all functions.
A little bit expensive for what it is. Breakfast was a disappointment - it's porridge and pop tarts. And disposable and single use. Staff could do with personality implants. Check-in a bit tortuous when you don't have American SIM. Why insist on text and not email or WhatsApp?

We loved the complimentary drink tokens, oatmeal bar, friendly staff, amazing decor, and very clean modern accommodations. The room was perfect, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and the moon deck was a really nice inviting place to sit and enjoy the fire.
Nothing, everything was exceptional.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Having my little dog with us was no issue and the team was very accomodating. I liked the kitchy artwork. The rooms were very clean. I liked having a room entry code and not a card that had my credit card info embedded.
We only had an overnight stay, and I found nothing wrong.
