Only use of restaurant was free breakfast, which was excellent (and generous!). Pool was not open so could not use, but did use jacuzzi, which was fine. Had encounters with several staff members, all very friendly and helpful.

Minor things-there was no room/hotel info available in the room, such as pool hours/towels, breakfast hours, restaurant menu, etc. Looked for QR code or something but couldn't locate. Printed TV guide was too small of print, white font on blue didn't show up well. Difficulty with TV (didn't respond to remote easily), local hotel channel wasn't available, so we couldn't access info there. One person in our party said nearby train noise was loud.

Room was nice. The view of the river was nice, except the windows were stained/ dirty, which made it a bit harder to see. The breakfast buffet was very good. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was not excessively noisy. The lobby and facilities were very nice.

This hotel is situated on a hillside overlooking a very high traffic intersection. This means acceleration noise from trucks and other loud vehicles is considerable as the light changes in either direction. If you are a light sleeper, you will need some ear plugs.

The staff were exceptional. They helped so much in getting us organized and into our events and hosting an event at the hotel with us sentence. In addition it was close to the activities that we had planned for the family reunion, so it was very convenient and it was just a beautiful place to stay.

The only aspect that we didn’t care for at the hot at the hotel was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Specifically the bathtub was not cleaned in either room so we didn’t get to soak in a hot tub after sitting all day in there I can’t buy or doing hiking, that was the only issue that we had. From a priority standpoint it was low, so it never got reported otherwise I know it would’ve been fixed instantly.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. LOVED that there was a full service bar/restaurant with lovely outdoor seating open until 10pm with a wonderful happy hour! All we had to do was settle in for a relaxing evening after a 7 hour drive. PERFECT

The adjacent (vacant?) section of the hotel had a problem with plumbing? Anyway, the smell was a bit distracting, but this did not affect our stay! If you notice it, you might want a room at the other end instead.

Everything was clean and in good condition. Mattress was comfortable, the buffet breakfast was very good for both hot and cold items. The servers were very friendly and personable. Also, the Snap fitness across the parking lot was available to us . Oh, the location was safe and convenient for accessing were we wished to go.

For me the pillows are too fluffy, as I prefer a firm and shorter pillow, although my wife found them comfortable.

Upon arrival it was gorgeous. Very clean inside. Staff was so nice and accommodating. We had requested a ground floor room, close to an exit due to husband not being able to walk far. That’s exactly what we got! The breakfast was really good. Ordered dinner from the restaurant, room service, it arrived so fast and was delicious. The cost for the room plus the restaurant was excellent. We will recommend and definitely be back

The room was great, the bed was great. The breakfast was ok. Presented well, but not very high quality

Breakfast. Front desk was swamped when we arrived and only one person was there to help. Phone call to the front desk failed twice before I gave up and just walked down to ask for more towels. Towels were never delivered.

The hotel is conveniently located to both downtown Lewiston and to the highway that leads to Moscow where my daughter is currently attending college.

I have stayed at this property two times now and the front desk staff could really use a lesson in customer service. Both times they have acted as if they could care less to be there and it’s not very welcoming into the hotel.

Had restaurant on site so food was easy to get with open bar as well. Plenty of parking space outside and close to major roads.

Breakfast included BUT they want to charge extra for JUICE. Found that a bit insulting to be honest. Who serves breakfast without juice? Would have rate higher is not for this.

The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. Wifi worked well as did the shower. We had a good buffet breakfast, and tea/coffee was available at reception and in our room. The hamburgers and a watermelon margarita were delicious in the sports-bar restaurant.
