Nice, modern. Beautiful lobby with a tasty bistro. Comfortable rooms.

An add in the elevator and on the digital menu indicated a kids menu- but the server said they no longer provided kids menu. Weird! One night was super busy and they did not adequately staff the bistro. There was no mechanism to track orders (numbers, buzzers, names) and my order was snatched by another guest when it was placed on the counter. I had already been waiting a half hour! They aimed to quickly make me another flatbread pizza, but it wasn’t the variety that had ordered.

The staff was really nice. I can’t remember her name, but she works from like three to nighttime I guess. She was very helpful, and I really appreciate that she helped me out with a charger. She is really the only one that I interrupted with at the hotel, and I really want to give her a shout out.

There was actually nothing that I didn’t like. I wish that the little bistro had an hour or so during the lunchtime, but other than that, the day was great! Especially since it was a very last-minute reservation from a canceled flight.

The staff was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. Starbucks in lobby and a cafe with really good food options.

During our stay the entire gym was closed. Our room faced the enormous hot tub; it was way too bright at night!!! I can't imagine sitting in there with the feeling of being on display for the entire half of the hotel.

Room was great 👍 location fantastic and the bar had the game on.

The breakfast area was poorly staffed, had run out of everything and looked busy/ dirty. We had to leave , drive to get a bagel and coffee - that was a bummer. Also v the outside furniture was very dirty. I had to change clothes after sitting on the outside couch.

I thought my booking included breakfast at first, then it turned out my package didn't include the breakfast unless I paid for it. It's a little sad.

The front desk assistant wasn't very friendly and professional. He gave me the key card written 207 Room. After I tried several times and failed, I returned to the front desk, and he just simply said "oh I gave you the wrong number without any apology. It made me feel uncomfortable and definitely not a polite gesture.

The room was cooled when I arrived, it smelled fresh, was super clean and had everything I needed to stay comfortably. Having food/coffee onsite is great and parking is ample. Staff is very friendly.

I chose this hotel specifically because it had an outdoor pool, but the water looked murky and nobody else was spending time in or around the pool so I didn’t go in. Not sure it would have even been refreshing since it was 100 outside.

Clean spacious rooms that were quiet and comfy. Good filtration system indoors (it was smoky outside due to wildfires). Nice gym area with good treadmills and nice set of weights. 24/7 desk with a little market. Option for late checkout. Drop off/pickup point for bus to Spokane or Lewiston, ID.

Market could use some healthier options like fruit and yogurt. At least some orange juice in the cooler, please. Most of the options in the market were wine, beer, sugar sodas, candy, and microwave noodles. Not appetizing at all. That said, I appreciated that they at least had some postcards of the Palouse. Coffee maker in room was very cheap and coffee quality quite poor. A nespresso machine (or at least a Keurig) would have been better.

Clean, large lobby, room was large and exceptionally clean. Bedding was excellent, including the mattress. Easy to reach 110v outlets and USB-A outlets on top of the nightstand.

Nothing. Was great. Only boggle was the clock radio was set to the incorrect time and the buttons were broke so couldn’t fix it.

Convenient and close to my daughter’s place. Stayed on Sunday because it was affordable (meaning not graduation surgery pricing)

The shower floor was grimey and black. The rest of the room was spotless but the shower floor was gross. Minor considering how nice everything else was.

The hotel was very convenient for WSU events. When we arrived, we noticed how clean and modern the property was. Our room was spacious and had lots of storage to put everything away and keep it t out of site.

In the morning the wait for food was longer than I had expected due to staffing. Next time I will plan better for that possibility.
