The hotel is very spread out. For my mildly mobility challenged spouse, it was a long walk to breakfast. She never went all the way to the front desk--it was easier to drive! Hallways are dark and dingy. Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly.

I'm always galled by hotels that raise their rates exorbitantly for special community events. $264 for Saturday night with an event at the U of I; $129 for Sunday night. They do it because they know people have to have a place to stay and will pay the rate. However, I wasn't in town for the event but still needed a place to stay. Even though all the other hotels in town may have done the same thing, I know this BW did raise their rates to scalp the community visitors and I will not stay at this hotel again anytime.

Everything was good. Having the restaurant and lounge on site was amazing!

We stayed to nights, the second night was almost $100.00 more and we had to ask for the garages to be emptied and new towels, and more toilet paper. We didn’t leave a privacy tag on the door. It’s not the first place I’ve stayed that doesn’t come between when you stay more than one night, but I think if you paid for the night it should all reset unless you request to not have service.

The staff was 100 % top notch. They went way out of their way to accommodate us. The restaurant and bar are fantastic-it was great being able to eat there rather than try to scramble for a reservation in Pullman during parent’s weekend. We decided to stay here because Pullman was almost sold out except for a few overpriced motels with no amenities-boy am I glad we read reviews and stayed here. It was worth the small drive outside of Pullman. We were more than pleasantly surprised.

I wouldn’t say we disliked anything-the hotel is a bit dated but the staff and food make up for this totally! I think if we would have gotten a room with view of parking lot or shopping center across street I may not have been as happy but they put us in room with courtyard view which was great. We were lucky to get a room at all.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the availability of toiletries in the room. I was traveling alone, with my small dog, and found the 2nd floor, furthest down the hall location of my room not convenient to being able to quickly get my dog outside if there were an urgency to do so. The same applied to my having to make a number of trips from my car to the room. Other than those two inconveniences, the motel's staff was very pleasant and accommodating, the motel was clean and quiet, the breakfast was plentiful and palatable. Plus, outside the building there is a dedicated grassy pet area complete with a dog waste station with pet waste bags and a trash can. (The bag dispenser was empty when I took my dog to the area...but a bag wasn't needed, fortunately.) I will undoubtedly choose the Best Western Plus University Inn again for future trips to Moscow.

I would prefer my room assignment closer to exit door.

Staff was welcoming. Fast check in and out. Pool area very clean and warm. Breakfast was very good. Dining staff was great and kept all areas clean. I liked that they had quarters available for laundry. All areas were clean. Parking was never an issue.

The one down fall was the spider that was dead that was stuck on the wall. Also, the restroom in the room the water kept flowing none stop and had to keep getting up to reset it. Also, the shower head wasn't adjustable so the water kept spraying out of the tub. Very minor things not a big bother honestly.

Staff was so helpful in getting a room that would accommodate my main concerns: ac and a shower. My son and I were exhausted from moving all day in the 103 degree weather. I have never had such an amazing shower in any other hotel stay. The water pressure was great, the volume of water was indescribable and the a/c was perfect to cool our bodies. And the beds! Loved the sheets and the comfy pillows - slept like a baby.

Nothing. It was wonderful.

The front desk staff--Donovan and Colleen--were incredibly courteous and exceptionally sensitive to our family when we arrived in the middle of the night with an emergency at WSU Veterinary Training Hospital, as well as the morning when we learned our dog didn't survive. Donovan even proactively offered a vet discount for WSU patient families and waived the pet fee for us. At breakfast, the two staff members who were organizing the breakfast were courteous and helpful in assisting me with a tray to take back to our room, since we couldn't leave our 2nd dog unattended to eat in the dining area. Would highly recommend this property to everyone traveling in the Moscow/Pullman region.

This place isn't a 5 star hotel but seriously underrated. It is cleaner than any place I've been. I mean spotless. Although it may be a little dated, everything is kept in amazing repair. The layout with the courtyard in the center makes getting to the pool, restaurant, outside, a breeze. Because the walls are cement brick (I think) it is exceptionally quiet! Even with a boys baseball team starting near us we heard nothing! The pool room is lovely with wood, skylights, tables, and chairs. And it is HUGE. Not some small brightly lit austere addition like most places. The room is perfect size and has everything you need unlike many new places with the bare minimum stuffed into a tiny spot. Right between Moscow and Pullman it is a great location to explore both towns and there's a strip mall within walking distance. The staff is wonderful and extremely accommodating, taking requests with a smile and honestly pleasant.

The showers could be updated as well as the restaurant menu, but honestly I can't think of much to dislike!

The hotel was near WSU where our soccer game was being played. It was in the middle of the town and near everything in town. The property was very clean, the restaurant/bar was very good and the staff very kind and professional.

It is an older property and the bed was not as comfortable. I never requested anything additional for the bed. I’m sure staff would have assisted if requested…

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our three-week 7500-mile road trip across the continent. Everything was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the onsite restaurant was first-rate - we had a very nice dinner there. The icing on the cake was the complementary breakfast, which was the best of any hotel on our trip.

I can't think of anything negative to write about this hotel.
