The hotel is very spread out. For my mildly mobility challenged spouse, it was a long walk to breakfast. She never went all the way to the front desk--it was easier to drive! Hallways are dark and dingy. Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly.

I'm always galled by hotels that raise their rates exorbitantly for special community events. $264 for Saturday night with an event at the U of I; $129 for Sunday night. They do it because they know people have to have a place to stay and will pay the rate. However, I wasn't in town for the event but still needed a place to stay. Even though all the other hotels in town may have done the same thing, I know this BW did raise their rates to scalp the community visitors and I will not stay at this hotel again anytime.

Everything was good. Having the restaurant and lounge on site was amazing!

We stayed to nights, the second night was almost $100.00 more and we had to ask for the garages to be emptied and new towels, and more toilet paper. We didn’t leave a privacy tag on the door. It’s not the first place I’ve stayed that doesn’t come between when you stay more than one night, but I think if you paid for the night it should all reset unless you request to not have service.

We love staying at the University Inn when we visit our daughter at UI. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and great value for money. Great hot breakfast as well. All the staff we have encountered at the desk, in the breakfast room, and in housekeeping have been very helpful and kind. Extra shout-out to the dining captain at breakfast - he's amazing.

For the last two times we have stayed, we have been given a room right next to the housekeeping facilities. I have no idea if this is because we book through booking.com and not the Best Western site, but this time when we were offered basically the same room, I had to insist on a different room away from the noise and it took some time to sort out.

The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and clean and conveniently located. It was easy for booking, checking in & out. The staff was professional and friendly and helpful when we needed towels for the pool and the room, they went out of their way to get the pool towels. We were able to bring our dog and breakfast was good.

The pool and hot tub looked like they needed better maintenance. I didn't go in the hot tub and the sauna wasn't available, needed repairs. The breakfast was good but I wished it had a different variety of options each morning it was all the same the whole time we were there. When we arrived on a Friday night there was a convention and it was difficult to find a spot near our room to park. The following morning the breakfast was really crowded with kids, there was a LEGO convention going on. That was the only time though. After the convention there were no longer any issues with parking or crowded breakfast. I would still recommend staying there and I would stay there again.

The staff was 100 % top notch. They went way out of their way to accommodate us. The restaurant and bar are fantastic-it was great being able to eat there rather than try to scramble for a reservation in Pullman during parent’s weekend. We decided to stay here because Pullman was almost sold out except for a few overpriced motels with no amenities-boy am I glad we read reviews and stayed here. It was worth the small drive outside of Pullman. We were more than pleasantly surprised.

I wouldn’t say we disliked anything-the hotel is a bit dated but the staff and food make up for this totally! I think if we would have gotten a room with view of parking lot or shopping center across street I may not have been as happy but they put us in room with courtyard view which was great. We were lucky to get a room at all.

The hotel was fine, check in was simple and they let me in prior to 4:00 p.m. The room is a dated style of room (hotel has been there since the 70's) but clean and comfortable. Restaurant is staffed by young folks that aren't in any hurry at all. Polite but no hurry kind of staff.

For the price and the age of the rooms (tub and very low toilet, etc.) the shampoos and soaps could be upgraded to something a little better. Bath towels don't match and the other towels don't either. Bar staff could make drinks faster and be more responsive when someone steps up to the bar and sits down. They act like they have the rest of the night to serve you (especially during happy hour). Nachos are made with "pump cheese"...upgrade that to some decent cheese please. Overall, the food isn't that great (there are many other choices in town). They need to review the menu and make some changes to better food overall.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the availability of toiletries in the room. I was traveling alone, with my small dog, and found the 2nd floor, furthest down the hall location of my room not convenient to being able to quickly get my dog outside if there were an urgency to do so. The same applied to my having to make a number of trips from my car to the room. Other than those two inconveniences, the motel's staff was very pleasant and accommodating, the motel was clean and quiet, the breakfast was plentiful and palatable. Plus, outside the building there is a dedicated grassy pet area complete with a dog waste station with pet waste bags and a trash can. (The bag dispenser was empty when I took my dog to the area...but a bag wasn't needed, fortunately.) I will undoubtedly choose the Best Western Plus University Inn again for future trips to Moscow.

I would prefer my room assignment closer to exit door.

The attractive open lobby, seamless and quick check-in, flyer provided answering all questions, open and beautifully maintained courtyard with flowers, clean and well-appointed room, quiet and comfortable.

The non-stop screaming/yelling child that was allowed to run free in the outside courtyard at 7:30 am uncontrolled by the parent(s) for about 30 minutes. The parent was also quite loud yelling with disregard for other guests. It woke me up both days.

We chose this BW to take advantage of the pool facility and it did not disappoint! the Breakfast and Bar with first class pub food were a bonus. We are going to book one of the pool adjacent rooms (who knew?) for our next visit.

The wifi is typical of hotel grade access...serviceable but not very fast. We asked and paid for a late checkout and our access keys were shut off an hour before we were told it would expire.

We've stayed here before when we come to visit family in Moscow. It is a nice place to stay.

The only thing that I did not like was when I asked about having family over for the breakfast. I was told it was $15.00 per person which I found outrageously expensive. It didn't matter if it was a child or an adult. Obviously we made other arrangements.
