The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the room was warm, and the breakfast was good.

There was some hair on the bathroom floor and the window had some condensation and looked like a tiny bit of mold. Also, the pool and hot tub were under maintenance so we couldn't use them, however, the hotel staff was very nice and let us know that we could go to a nearby facility and use their facility. The experience was still a good one! We were appreciative for the hospitality shown.

Staff was very friendly and the room was also clean. The room was in excellent shape and the bed was very comfortable.

The only t hing that was disappointing is when we opened the fridge and found someone's leftover panda express still there. It makes you wonder if the maid really cleaned it carefully...anyway we left a tip anyway because we thought maybe the same maid didn't always clean the same room so it wasn't fair to punish her.

A Man with a white shirt and black shorts, always on his phone in the lobby, outside in the parking lot , as if he doesn’t trust people, staring, some cultures don’t view it as RUDE. Very unwelcoming!! More attention could be given in deep cleaning the rooms. Air conditioner was dirty, toilet seat was half off it’s screws, flooring in the bathroom as well walls could use some repairing, and mold under caulking. looks nice but done on a shoe string. Sorry I didn’t take photos, I’m a chemo patient and it didn’t cross my mind til now.

Room was cleaner than average. The small pod coffee maker was easier than all previous hotel coffee makers I've seen.

Freezer had 4-5" build up of frost, and I couldn't use it for a $20 bag of frozen blueberries I bought at a local store. The faucet wasn't fastened to the counter.

Nice place- plenty of dining options in the area and other shopping

I really wasn’t there long enough to rate it. I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like.

The staff was so nice and afforded me extra coffee when I asked for my room, we even shared some laughs. Breakfast was a great set-up, lots to choose from.

Check in went well Room was clean, larger than expected Bed was very comfortable Refrigerator was small but had a working freezer (rare find most of the time) Breakfast was good

Hot tub was not working Swimming pool was extremely cold

Susan at the front was great! She was so nice and helpful. The space was great, very roomy, and loved the amenities. It was nice that they had a Keurig for use.

The coffee and breakfast was just ok.

Clean, no frills place. Landscaping nice. Ice water and coffee in the cozy lobby.

Nothing objectionable to me. Fit my needs well. Prices can always be lower.

The staff was great, room was clean and comfy. Plenty of towels. Nice pool and hot tub.

The food was good although the sausages were not hot, but there was a microwave to heat them up.
