This hotel was clean and comfortable. The room met our needs and the location was great with a nice view of the mountains and a Wal-Mart across the street. Very convenient!

The fitness center could use some help. It was in an underground room without windows, but the layout of the equipment was the worst. The TV's on the machines did not work so they had a TV on the wall, but the machines were facing a different direction. So you had to turn your head sideways, for example, if you wanted to watch TV while on the treadmill.

We loved the location. Being set on the river was beautiful, but still close to shopping and downtown businesses was a total bonus.

The breakfast situation was a little confusing. We never ate a breakfast because we weren't sure how it all worked. We ended up finding food in town on our way to our destination over the weekend

Facility was great. Good location, secure parking. Desk Clerk refused to give me a Receipt at check out because I booked on-line. I book on-line 50 weeks a year. never a problem. He was pretty proud of himself. If I paid on-line why did they need my Credit Card at Check-in ?? Not going back

The property is beautiful. The room was nice, clean, and great view of the river. Serive was great at the front desk and the restaurant

The only down side was how backed up they were at checkin. We were unable to check in at the 3pm time. It was 30 mins later. We came from 300 miles away to visit out dads grave so the extra 30 was not fun.

The bed, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable.

The vanity mirror lighting needs to be improved. Would have liked to have had coffee but there was no creamer. The streaming services had not yet been set up on the tv’s and it would have been nice to have had popcorn and a couple bottled waters in the room. Had not realized there was no breakfast when I booked the room.

The room was roomy and clean. The blackout curtains were excellent - best I’ve seem. Beds were comfy. The TV was large enough and the sound was good. Lots of storage

The bathroom is small. The stairway carpet needs replacing. There was no discount offered for breakfast. There was no coffee/tea/water in the lobby.

I had asked if I could be moved away from the parking lot side with a river view. I felt like it could be a possibility, but was not accommodated without xtra cost. Also, the air conditioner in the room was very loud and I was unable to get good rest.

Breakfast was very good, ordered from menu as opposed to a buffet setting, and really liked that. Bed was comfy, tv was larger than at some hotels. Everything appeared to be cleaned. Attached restaurant was a plus.

The smell when we first entered the room was rather unpleasant. While I thought someone had forgotten to flush the toilet, my husband at first thought it was the cleanser they had used, but we eventually concluded it was probably the smell from the paper mill that is located nearby filtering in. So, am guessing there isn't much to be improved in that aspect.

We enjoyed the ability to bring our pet for a low fee, also enjoyed the location. Lots of walking areas. The staff were all friendly too.

The facility could have been cleaner. Very dusty on top of head boards and cupboards. Behind shelves were not cleaned often.

Breakfast offerings were good, not fabulous. Dinner exceeded expectations and staff were particularly accommodating. Location close to cruise ship dock is very good and arrangements between the hotel and cruise line were very smooth and helpful. Hell's Canyon excursion jet boat also leaves from this same dock.

They've cut the room cleaning down to every 5 days. That seems a bit long. The hotel is a little hard to find, and it would help if they could put a sign out on the Clarkston street which is US 12.
