Only use of restaurant was free breakfast, which was excellent (and generous!). Pool was not open so could not use, but did use jacuzzi, which was fine. Had encounters with several staff members, all very friendly and helpful.

Minor things-there was no room/hotel info available in the room, such as pool hours/towels, breakfast hours, restaurant menu, etc. Looked for QR code or something but couldn't locate. Printed TV guide was too small of print, white font on blue didn't show up well. Difficulty with TV (didn't respond to remote easily), local hotel channel wasn't available, so we couldn't access info there. One person in our party said nearby train noise was loud.

The staff were exceptional. They helped so much in getting us organized and into our events and hosting an event at the hotel with us sentence. In addition it was close to the activities that we had planned for the family reunion, so it was very convenient and it was just a beautiful place to stay.

The only aspect that we didn’t care for at the hot at the hotel was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Specifically the bathtub was not cleaned in either room so we didn’t get to soak in a hot tub after sitting all day in there I can’t buy or doing hiking, that was the only issue that we had. From a priority standpoint it was low, so it never got reported otherwise I know it would’ve been fixed instantly.

Everything was clean and in good condition. Mattress was comfortable, the buffet breakfast was very good for both hot and cold items. The servers were very friendly and personable. Also, the Snap fitness across the parking lot was available to us . Oh, the location was safe and convenient for accessing were we wished to go.

For me the pillows are too fluffy, as I prefer a firm and shorter pillow, although my wife found them comfortable.

Upon arrival it was gorgeous. Very clean inside. Staff was so nice and accommodating. We had requested a ground floor room, close to an exit due to husband not being able to walk far. That’s exactly what we got! The breakfast was really good. Ordered dinner from the restaurant, room service, it arrived so fast and was delicious. The cost for the room plus the restaurant was excellent. We will recommend and definitely be back

The hotel is conveniently located to both downtown Lewiston and to the highway that leads to Moscow where my daughter is currently attending college.

I have stayed at this property two times now and the front desk staff could really use a lesson in customer service. Both times they have acted as if they could care less to be there and it’s not very welcoming into the hotel.

Good location for our relaxed trip home from Boise to Seattle. The shower had good water pressure and was easily adjusted. The bar had great options for dinner and the free breakfast was extensive.

WiFi was quite spotty..... There's a pulp mill (?) nearby that gets you when the wind blows toward town.

Nice view, comfortable, lovely breakfast, and the staff was attentive and helpful.

We liked everything about the property. However, the orange juice served at breakfast was far too large and didn’t taste good and supposedly the OJ wasn’t complementary. Other than that, everything was great.

The rooms were nice and clean just a couple of things were missing like soap to wash our hands and the roll away cot we ordered. Other than that everything was great.

Parking was pretty full so we had to park a ways away and pack all our stuff in.

Try to stay here if the pricing is right. The attached restaurant is top notch. Great parking if you are pulling a trailer.

Rates seem to fluctuate, so never know what price will be depending on whatever happens to be going on in town.

Staff has always been friendly, great food selections from breakfast to dinner...

I work late alot and I do not like to drive off property to get a cocktail. We are past covid now, and it's sad to see the bar full of customers and they close it at midnight and ask everyone to leave ..
