The hotel is amazing and very well updated. Rooms were very modern, spacious and comfortable. I was so surprised the property had a restaurant which was awesome. Breakfast was very nice had a variety of items. Staff - female that checked us in was awesome, friend and helpful. Should give her a raise.

Your night auditor interesting fellow. Wasn’t really friendly, had a hat on all day I supposed. Saw him at night after dinner and saw him at 6:30am for breakfast with a hat on. But didn’t bother me much thought I point that out to management. Ahh one more thing we stayed in the night the teenage baseball players were in house. May keep an eye on the pool situation especially teens under 18 years old with no adult supervision. They were loud and obnoxious when my wife and I were in the hot tub. Other than that is was a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect for where I need to be and go while I was in town. The room was huge. The hotel restaurant was great.

There was a small incident with the elevator the first night, almost thought i was going to be stuck in there. And my second day there, I couldn't find the do not disturb sign and while I was out a cleaners came in and cleaned. The cleaning wasn't the problem but I did have all my belongings in the room with a complete stranger.

The staff was VERY friendly, kind, and welcoming. The hotel, gym, lobby were spotless. Breakfast was great-with the typical spread. There is something for everyone; protein such as omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausages, then they have oatmeal, waffles, cereal, bananas. etc. The omelets were the best!!!! And, here is the real kicker- there was always plenty of coffee and it was HOT! The main food service guy was great, and hustled to make sure things were replaced and clean. We have typically stayed at another higher price property at the edge of WSU (Res Inn) and was disappointed every time with the cleanliness of the room, pool and hot tub, no one ever came to clean our rooms. And the staff and food were questionable. So we are Hampton Inn Converts. You can tell the management of the two properties are very different. The Hampton management is clearly a class act, and place the customers experience first!

Loud air conditioner running all night-(but we were so THANKFUL to have it! Was blazing hot in Pullman!)

Loved it! I've stayed in a lot of hotels that smell bad, musty, old, or like Febreeze and smoke. What a delight to my sensitive nose that our room smelled fresh and had no strange odors. Everything here was clean, the beds were comfortable and felt new, the decor was minimal and non tacky, the ammenties like the fridge and TV worked properly and it was one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've had. I was honestly just thankful there was no issues and everything was satisfactory and comfortable but it exceeded that standard. I also appreciated the outdoor grill that was available for use and the outdoor seating with first-come, first-serve outdoor TV and fireplace.

We booked someone house add said 5 bed hot pet friendly and when we got there we were detected to the house next door but it was still a rental and we found the owner and she had no idea we were coming she had the lawn torn up and she let us go inside beds were messy there was only 3 the whole thing felt like a scam and she said we could stay but I'd have to pay her $600 again for a torn up yard and messy house I called priceline and they helped me with my booking issues. for my sisters bachelorette party and we had to big of a group to stay in her apartment so we stopped waiting for priceline and found the Hampton we gave them a 2 hour notice and and saved hundreds for a 2 bed room we got a hot tub we got a pool breakfast was included we did everything we wanted to do in the room to celebrate my sister soon to be wedding and the staff texted when we got to the room to make sure we liked it and they were available 24/7 if we need anything. For now on i choose a hotel that's garantied a clean room and helpful staff over a house u see random pics of everything isn't garantied a pair of weights doesn't count as a gym and if your booking is miss placed then the hotel has other rooms instead of kicking someone who wronged you out of the messy house add pay them again for one night. Hampton was a mood saver and we're very grateful.

No microwave in room , fridge was really small and they only had 2 really small trash cans in the room.

Great Pullman hotel option. It's located close to food and entertainment (well, Pullmans version). The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained. The lobby has lots of seating, which comes in handy for breakfast and evening cookies and milk. Our room was exactly what we needed - 2 comfy beds, TV, bathroom - all in pristine condition. Oh and it's worth calling out that they have a nightlight in the bathroom - one of the things I always wish were in more hotels. Being able to have that on as a light instead of having to blind yourself at 2am is a godsend to anyone that always has to get up at least once.

Breakfast wasn't our favorite, but it did the job.

Well my only concern was the pool area having people doing inappropriate things in the pool especially when you have kids swimming so we left it's because I have a granddaughter that has special needs and I didn't want her to see it. I also wanted to thank the staff for finding my daughter's purse she had lost it in the dining area and she had her money she had earned from babysitting her money was still in her purse thank you

Very comfortable, quiet location, clean facilities, great breakfast selection

It was NO fault of the property, but a large group of high school students were staying for the Vibe conference. They were extremely rude and very loud in the hallways late at night and in the middle of the night. They took over the entire breakfast area in the morning and it was impossible to sit anywhere or get much food, they even broke things. All that to say, the staff handled it SO well and did such a good job of keeping up with the breakfast demand, I felt bad for them!

The hotel is currently undergoing construction, but our room was finished and we were so impressed with the updates! All the little details like the thin counter in the bathroom to allow for more moving room was a nice touch and well thought out. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of tables to sit at. The main desk staff was very friendly and they even had local wine for sale that we enjoyed! We'd stay again!

Price was a bit steep for Pullman. I'm sure the rates were inflated for UI Parents Weekend, but still was surprised at the overall cost.

I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, the extra amenities, and the ability to purchase alcohol at the front desk or other non alcoholic drinks. I also appreciated a gift store, and the pool, along with the gym. It's a shame they are not open 24 hrs. I also appreciated the charging station for my Tesla, however, it would have been nice to have more Tesla chargers than just one, and one non-Tesla electric car charger.

I had booked a King size bed, and received 2 queen beds. That wasn't a huge issue as the person I was supposed to come with was unable to make it regardless.
