This is one of the nicest Motel 6s that I have stayed at . The indoor pool and hottub is a plus . The location is excellent. My room was clean and quiet. The real difference is the gentleman at the front desk who checks you in . It is apparent this person cares about what he is doing. He treats you as a valued guest . From offering to let me park my motorcycle under the front covering in view of the front desk to the small gift of water and snacks . This Motel 6 is a excellent budget choice in the area.

Everything was perfect

The staff was amazing. Dan, the manager, was more than accommodating and incredibly pleasant to speak with.

The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. Mainly just smudges on walls and dirty light switch covers and behind night stands. The linens were incredibly clean as were the toilets and counters and such. Just the small things seemed to be missed. No bed bugs though, that’s a huge one in my book! The pool facilities were clean and exceeded our expectations for what we paid.

Clean, accommodating, pleasant and helpful staff, conveniently located with grocery stores, Walmart Starbucks, and many other businesses within walking distance. I travel for work, and have stayed in this Motel 6 on numerous occasions. The manager, as well as the other front desk staff are BEYOND polite, friendly, and overall helpful! I work night shifts, meaning I’m off work at 7AM, on one occasion I had to last-minute find a room to stay at; and although many hotels don’t let you check in until 3PM, they were so courteous to check me in at 8:30 AM!! For no extra charge. If it wasn’t for them I would’ve been stuck sleeping in my car. I will recommend them for anyone looking for a place to crash for a night or a few.

The only complaint I’d have is beyond their control, so I don’t fault the staff, but there’s occasional issues with the key-cards, once I had to get a different one set you because it didn’t work, and another time, even the staff member had to bring out a special device to unlock the door manually because he couldn’t get any card to work at all. But that’s a minor issue, and they were super quick to resolve it.

I really like how hey keep the premises clean and friendly. I have stayed there before and will again. It is very easy to get to and centrally located.

They only complaint I had was the construction going on, which is not their fault and there is nothing they could have done about it. Other than that, I have no complaints.

It was conveniently located, had a great view of the mountains, and was near several places you can purchase food. The room suited our needs for a one night stay, and we will be returning.

The bed was uncomfortable, so we didn't sleep as well as we could, but it was better than other places we have stayed.

We had several unique requirements, and staff went over and above to help us. One of left their phone, jacket, and car keys at the motel, and staff overnighted them to us with NO extra charge. And we got a goodie basket when we checked in!

This was more than a cheap motel, they exceeded our expectations. We love them and have NOTHING to complain about.

The dog run Our room has a mini fridge and microwave Our room has hot water!! ( the motel 6 in Spokane by the airport not only did our room not have hot water but the 2nd day no water at all in the shower)

the staff made it pleasant. it was convenient for what I was there for.

the florescent lights and toilets need to be updated. parking on the back side is limited but store parking lot across the street and we'll lit up.

The staff were very friendly.

Two of the nights people were banging so hard on the walls and ceiling that the microwave almost fell off the fridge. When reported nothing was done. 20 people drinking and yelling in the parking lot and was allowed to continue after reporting.

The rooms were clean. The faculty was pleasant. The staff were very focused on making the customers stay as good as possible. The location was convenient. The price was good. The bed was comfortable. I would go back.

The room was not furnished in a high end manner. That was not a problem for me but it was noticeable.
