The staff were extremely friendly and it was easy to make a reservation for a second day. It’s a great location - I was on foot while my car was being worked on. Great price and most importantly (as a solo female traveler) it felt safe.

It wasn’t the cleanest. The bed and bathroom were clean which is what matters most, but it didn’t look like the floor had been vacuumed and there were some crumbs on it (which got cleaned up the second night).

Breakfast was good with lots of options and coffee was available all day. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were very helpful with anything we needed, including offering us to stay on the ground floor as it better suited our circumstances. I would highly recommend the Fairbridge Inn and suites - Moscow!

My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was really nice. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. They had the usual waffle machine, some bagels and bread for toast, and cereal. And juices, coffee, etc.

It would have been nice to have an elevator, but it was manageable.

The staff was very helpful and kind! Unfortunately I didn't have time to get breakfast but I liked the variety the hotel had to offer. I also like the vending machines in the hall way. The drive from the hotel to downtown was quick and easy.

Very convenient location to be near U of I. Decent property for the value. No pool or hot tub, those are things to look forward to on a trip. Good breakfast.

Breanna, the front desk manager was fantastic! She provided great service and had a charming personality. She made sure our stay was a good one. Also, the front desk staff in the morning call my room to let me know I had left my coat in the breakfast dining room. Very helpful folks!

The proximity to Pullman was nice. It was conveniently close to stores and restaurants. There was lots of parking.

There are only two main doors that I could determine, but the far door only had a little sidewalk going to it, and seemed a little bit hidden. It wasn’t that bad though but just feel like they could cut back some bushes maybe.

it’s close to all the Moscow things, it’s fast & easy check-in. The beds are comfortable and the towels are big and fluffy.

it is just in need of ambiance and updates, but I wouldn’t say I don’t like that… it’s just the only reason I don’t give it a 10

Location

No elevator to 3rd floor. Anyone could enter back entrance (no key swipe). Gluten-free breakfast options were yogurt, Apple, hardboiled egg.
