The apartment was more spacious than I expected and clean. The kicthen was enough equipped and I had everything I needed during my staying. The description and the photos of the studio was exactly as depicted on the site. Although the hotel is situated on the main road, it was quiet and very safe staying there. The best of all was the staff at the reception, so polite, helpful, warm and honest. I had a problem with a very late checkin and helped me with an immediate solution for a smoothy check in, early in the morning! And as if that was not enough, the next day, after my check out, the lady in the reception offered to call from her personal mobile and arranged everything for me to solve a problem with the keys of my rental car. I have no words to thank her for her kindness and help. The compassion and the empathy she treated me have been engraved on my mind as an excellent expression of the norwegian hospitality.

Everything was exactly what I needed for my one night stay.

Great staff, very attentive and joyous. Room was large, very comfortable and very clean. High pressure, high temperature shower. The rooms are warm and quiet, but not well lit. Couch and TV was great after a long weeks hiking. Kitchen well equipped. The dinner was simple, quick, and tasty, like a home cooked meal. We had the moose meatballs + veg and the smoked pork loin + veg. The breakfast was a good Scandic style. Easy parking.

It was perfect for what we needed. The hotel is very cozy, we had an apartment with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and a balcony. We were very tired and needed something cozy for the day. So having a splendid view, with a bit of rain, drinking tea, wrapped in a blanket and looking into the gorgeous surroundings - just perfect. One could stay a few days here without a doubt. The breakfast was very good, not a lot of options, but enough to fill you up. :) The lady at the check-in/out was very friendly and warm. In the morning the sun was shinning so sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee with a gorgeous view was just perfect.

If someone from another apartment is cooking, you'll know it. The fan from the kitchen "sucked" the smell of goulash from the neighbour's so our whole apartment smelled - and our clothes, too.

It was a good experience for a quick overnight stay on our way to Western Norway. A great & picturesque region around. Loved the options at dinner and the free coffee refills!

Staircase in the family suite may be dangerous to young children (who want to climb up and down, while it is quite steep).

The staff was really wonderful, nice. Let us park in the garage. We heard a little highway noise and asked to have a different location (room) and they accommodated us right away. Big large room. Nice. Breakfast was also a lot of things to choose from. Nice.

Close to the ski station, with fantastic views over the lake and mountains. The apartment room was well equipped and very comfortable. A good variety for dinner and breakfast.

I would have loved it if there was a sauna/hot tub facilities at the hotel, to warm up and relax after a day on the mountain.

Great location with a view of mountains and fjord. The room also had a kitchnette (which I didn't use). There was also a restaurant for (a simple) dinner.

There were only blinds, but no curtains in front of the windows. In summertime it gets light very early. Please put in some decent curtains.

Perfect views, spacious rooms, the staff is awesome- always friendly and really good at giving recommendations for hikes, breakfast and meals were absolutely okay for the price

the bed, sorry but I never had such a construct before… almost like two sun lounger with a very thin mattress on them (would not stop us from coming back ;) but it was annoying) Hotel looks a little old but don’t let that stop you

This location is absolutely stunning. So peaceful and relaxing look out at the water and mountains. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were staying in August and I really hope we can come back to visit in Winter to see the transformation.

Some of the fittings (venetian blinds) around the room could have been updated/maintained, and there was coffee and tea in the room but no milk. In my books this is not a huge problem at all especially given the view and that we were there for one night. Breakfast had a plentiful spread and heaps of coffee and milk anyway :-).

Apartments with a nice view. Self catering facilities were more at the basic end of the scale, but fine. Breakfast was good. Internet was good. Reasonable supermarket with good EV charging nearby in Roldal.

I think each apartment is different, but ours had a ridiculously small bedroom. So many questions, like how do they make the bed; but anyway.
