Stayed for one night on our way eastward and we loved it: The Aparthotel has the feel of a ski-location, a very clean and functional place with a phantastic view, and quiet. It has all the facilities you need, but no luxury. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are very good, only the beds are somewhat improvised within this room. But the quality of the beds is fine, and that there is no extra bedroom is no problem as the place screams 'holiday, snow, leisure, mountains and outdoor time' - at least during sunshine, which we had :-) Parking is easy, internet works fine and staff is very friendly.

Only thing you need to keep in mind is that there are no restaurants or supermarkets around the corner. You have to bring food with you, or be prepared to drive to Odda for shopping and eating. But for us this was not an issue.

Big apartment for what's expected. Parking. It was a short drive from the Trolltunga hike. Thr kitchen was great! Multiple rooms, so we could sleep in different ones. The bed and the sofa were comfy. The view from the windows was great. Also, a cute balcony. We didn't meet the staff but they were responsive and nice via the booking chat.

Just two towels and one kitchen towel. There was some paper towel in the kitchen but we ran out quite quickly. We probably could have asked for more. The curtains were not amazing, and when sleeping in the living room, there's lots of light coming early in the morning from the balcony (with no curtain whatsoever). The shower room was kinda empty, water would flow out when showering. Missed places where I could place my stuff. Unrelated to the place- if you stay on a Sunday, there is only one supermarket open, and it is in Odda.

This place is very convenient for hikers — it only takes about 15 minutes to drive to the third parking lot for the trail. The space is very spacious, which I really appreciated, The bathroom had hot water almost instantly, which was very comfortable.

However, the kitchen sink seemed to have a leak, which was a bit inconvenient. and the beds were a bit small.

Location, very close to Trolltunga Carpark P2. Convenient for the Trolltunga hike. Apartment is clean, two single beds come with fresh linen, comfortable, and spacious co-livjng hall.

The cooking hob faulty on first day, halfway during cooking. Fortunately, there was a stand-alone cooking hob(or mgmt knew and prepared for this contingency). Mgmt or office open from 04:00 pm - 10:00 pm only.

Location, location, location! We love the location of Trolltunga Guesthouse. The apartment is within walking distance to the starting point for Trolltunga and a short drive to P2. The apartment is spacious. It has a full size kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Glasses, plates, silverware, pots and pans are provided for those wanting to cook. It is close to the downtown area with restaurants and shops. We love the location and will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Nothing. Just a note to bring your own body wash and shampoo. These are not provided and seems to be common in a lot of hostels and guesthouses throughout Europe.

Couldn’t be any closer the start of the Trolltunga hike - the view from the room reminds you (stunning view). Rooms are wheelchair accessible, including bathroom setup. We stayed in a room with a kitchen to cook and it had all we needed, including fridge/freezer and microwave. EV charging available free of charge.

The single beds in our room were a mattress topper on top of a very soft and rather lower base. We ended up moving the mattress topper on top of the mattress in the bunk beds to sleep. Bathroom doesn’t have shampoo/body wash or a hair dryer. Blinds are thin, so lets daylight in, which in summer is before 5AM. Bring an eye mask to sleep. Staff are helpful but take a while to meet you at reception.

Excellent home base for exploring the mountains around the area. We hiked to Trolltunga and the guesthouse was less than a 15 minute drive to the parking area. Our room was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The view from our window was amazing- snowcapped mountains and blue skies. The owner of the guesthouse was very pleasant and friendly.

There were many heaters in the room, which was great for keeping it warm and toasty, but there was no humidity so it felt very dry for our noses. Other than this, I can't think of anything to complain about.

The accommodation was perfect if hiking Trolltunga. Just note it’s a little walk up a hill if arriving by bus. The staff were friendly and super helpful when answering multiple questions we had. The apartment was exceptionally clean at over achieved our expectations.

Very good location. The room was clean. You can cook and use the laundry which is really good after a hiking day. The price is a bit high for a dorm but this is Norway.

The reception was not that friendly or helpful.

Great location if you are planning to visit Trolltunga. Large apartments, comfortable beds. You can cook your own food, there is a stove and microwave. Heated bathroom floor. It is written that the check-in is until 22:00, we were driving from Bergen, but the road took longer than we planned. The hotel sent a payment link and check in instructions so we were able to check in after 22:00, which helped a lot and reduced the stress level :)

Please leave some tea bags for guests, it would be very nice after a long journey
