The place is situated in a beautiful area near Voss, surrounded by a beautiful nature. The rooms are very nice and basic and very functional. Everything was very clean. There is a common kitchen and each room has its own dishes and it is well equipped so it’s easy to cook yourself and everybody kept it very clean. We booked this place because we couldn’t find anything else in Voss but we are so happy that we found such a great place in this beautiful area. Voss is 15 min by car.

There was no hair dryer in the room. I believe there is one somewhere in the common area but I haven’t checked.

Lovely mountain lodge away from hectic city life. Direct view on two mountains. Best of all: Owner Eystein and his lovely wife provided us with nice talks at bonfires, hiking directions and a delicious dinner. Takk! <3 It is also a place where you can meet and talk with people from all over the world.

Be advised: the lodge is really in a mountain area. You need to drive ca. 20 minutes from Vossevangen uphill sometimes on narrow roads and a little bit via gravel roads. Our VW Up handled it fine, though.

We couldnt find any other places thats why we chose this hotel but later i was so glad that we did. Location is in the middle of nature. Road is narrow which gives you stress but not much cars and it is beautiful. We even saw a deer.

Cleaning was not completed. There were crumbs on the sofa and cleaning cloth was left in bathroom. The beds and bathroom were clean.

Simple place basic accommodation, clean , comfortable, easy check in. Had equipped kitchen, make sure you buy and bring food because drive to nearest grocery about 20 mins.

Location was little far from nearest city about 20 Mins and road was narrow but in good condition and not lot of traffic. Beautiful location scenic drive just go slow.

Clean, hostel style communal kitchen and dining/sitting rooms, own bathroom and bedroom. Good sized bunks for older children and also comfy chairs in the room. Amazing views. Chance to chat to other travellers.

Kitchen a bit basic but was fine. List of rooms on the counter to ‘check in’, staff didn’t actually speak to us at all.

The accommodation is situated in beautiful surroundings, with large green areas around, and it has a beautiful view. We liked our room, it was very clean and comfortable. It's also convenient that you can use the communal kitchen.The communication with the owner, Eystein, was great, he was super responsive and answered all our questions quickly. In the end, our stay was even better than we had expected. Totally recommended!

We liked everything

It's a nice place in the middle of the mountains, absolutely surrounded by beautiful nature. It's a bit old inside, just like a guesthouse, but room was nice and clean, I liked it. We slept well. As for this price, it was really nice. There is common kitchen, which can be used by everyone.

A bit old light (both night light and regular light) inside of the room and really minimal amount of power sockets.

The lady on the property is very helpful, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, and the facilities were good. we also liked the fact that the property had a charging station for electric cars at an extra charge.

helpful staff but english was a bit of a barrier. She managed to understand most and helped her best, but some things were sorted via booking messages with another very friendly member of staff who managed communication very well in English.

Peaceful location. Possible to rent some bikes. Appartment really spacious. Possible to eat and drink on site. Outsides are really beautiful and perfect to chill !

Really hard to communicate in english with the employees. One of the bikes was dangerous (no more brakes in the back).

This hotel is pretty authentic, great big room with huge windows, good bathroom, clean shared kitchen. The area is quiet and beautiful. There is a football field to play. The hotel itself is very atmospheric.

Internet was not good, also hot tube did not work. Also take into consideration that it is not in the city, you will have to ride 15km up the hill to reach it.
